* The refurbished bathroom has come out very nicely, good quality equipment * Coffee and tea Supply in the room * Quality of the mattress was very good * Lots of Power Sockets, also fitting EU chargers * Staff very friendly and helpful as always (frequent traveller) * Outstanding good breakfast * Fantastic new and Stylish Patio and Lawn besides the Hotel
* Lots of traffic along the main road (loud) * The Chair in the room was very instable, wobbly, old, and did not fit inbetwen the gap of bed and table, a smaller and newer Chair woud do way better * The Hangers inside the wardrobe was a rough mix of different kind and size and of a cheap quality (probably to avoid stealing by guests..)

We had an excellent stay! The room, beds, and bathroom were beautifully clean and very comfortable. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk from Brandon train station and a nearby supermarket, which made everything really convenient. What truly stood out was the hospitality—Silvia went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had to leave early in the morning, outside of regular breakfast hours, and she kindly arranged for the cook to come in early just so we could have breakfast before our departure. That thoughtful gesture made our experience even more special. If I’m ever in the area again, this is absolutely the place I’d love to stay at!

I have returned to this hotel 3 times now as it is very good, We go for the bird watching at Lakenheath and at this time of the year that is some of the best birding in the UK, however staying here in Brandon is so convenient, This hotel has an arrangement with a great restaurant in the town - Azure, 10% discount it is also very good with some unusual menu options. In the morning we had a great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit including kiwi. The shower was great - hot and powerful. I will return next time we get across for the birding.
Having to leave, we only had one night and we would have loved to stay longer.

Our stay at The Bridge Hotel Brandon was exceptional. We were visiting for a volleyball tournament and chose to stay here for the second time, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist and available for contact at any time, ensuring that all of our needs were met with promptness and care. After a long day of competition, returning to the hotel and relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. The overall experience, including the warm and accommodating atmosphere, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Bridge Hotel Brandon for anyone seeking excellent service and comfort."

The initial greeting at reception by Sylvia was warm and friendly. Sylvia accommodated all our requests with a smile on her face. She made us feel like we were her personal responsibility. Our room was comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Every trouble had been taken to set up the rooms beautifully. A coffee machine was a bonus. The grounds were lovely and we were able to get a bottle of good wine for a reasonable price and sit and relax admiring the river and chatting to other guests and Matt the owner. Breakfast was excellent with all of the usual breakfast foods, including a lovely fruit salad as well as an excellent full English breakfast cooked to our liking.

location was great, right on the river with lots of walks on the doorstep, and plenty of eateries along the High Street within short walking distance. The room was very good for the price, though there were a couple of issues, they were immediatly rectified when mentioned to the staff, who were very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was generous with plenty of choice and our stay was great overall.
Breakfast was let down very slightly by the quality of a couple of items, but that is a little on the "picky" side, as it was very good overall.

We stayed in the Norwich room which is roughly a 3minute walk from the main b&b in the brewery house annex. The room was extremely spacious having the main room with super king bed and a smaller attached room that our son slept in with the bathroom there. This room was dog friendly which was wonderful too as our 10 month old pup was made to feel as welcome as us with much attention and head scratches from staff. Breakfast was exceptional, no request was too much trouble especially as we wanted to sit outside on the patio beside the river. The sausages were great quality and very meaty and were one of my favourite parts of breakfast. My son meanwhile loved his plate of bacon and hashbrowns. Another great aspect of the b&b is that you can hire a row boat or swan pedalo to explore the river. We chose the row boat (£15 for a leisurely half hour) and were allowed to take our dog out on the water too. The b&b is also perfectly located for transport being less than a 10minute walk to Brandon train station. The b&b owner Matt was lovely and cheery throughout our stay as were all staff. They made us feel very welcome, we will definitely return again as it was very good value for money.

The responsiveness of the host before arriving. The arrival we received from the host, bearing it mind it was about 9:30 at night. The host gave us an upgraded room as we'd travelled 3 hours to get there and it was a lovely room. The quality of the breakfast was good. Having an Nespresso machine in the room was good. A fan was on in the room which helped with the warm weather.
When we went down for breakfast, even though our order for tea and coffee was taken, it didn't arrive; I went up and made my own tea. Had to order coffee 2-3 times before it arrived. We also had to prompt for our breakfast order to be taken and again for the toast that we'd ordered with breakfast. Everyone seemed to come down at the same time, so I think it was just bad timing. It didn't spoil anything as we were not in a rush. The radiator in the hallway near our room was on, bearing in mind the weather was nice, it made that area very warm.

Lovely relaxing setting by the river. We stayed in the annexe across the road from the main building. Nice room, comfortable bed and peaceful. Access to a large garden where you can have a walk and sit on the bench watching the ducks and swans swim. If you go, book with breakfast, you won't regret it. Fantastic friendly service and great selection of food. A good choice of fruit and yoghurt to start with then your cooked breakfast. All whilst you sit by the river. Staff very welcoming. In the evening we went to a modern restaurant just up the road, Valentino's, and had a lovely dinner. We only stayed for one night but had a very relaxing time. There is a massive country park 5 minutes drive away which we didn't have time to explore but maybe next time.

We enjoyed the location being on the riverside and Very close to the town center. Amble parking at the hotel. Very convenient to be next to The Ram, country pub that served hot meals. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well laid out. I liked the blackout curtains to block the street lights and passing cars during the night. The room was cozy and warm. The mattress was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will definitely stay there again.
