I was greeted warmly by the host even though I arrived early and she graciously showed me to my room. The property is an amazing building, beautifully decorated and welcoming. I was asked if I wanted to sample the locally sourced food but I sadly had to decline as I am unable to cycle on a stomach full of food. For breakfast I was then offered an amazing and delicious medley of fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade bread which exceeded my expectations. I was kindly given lots of ice cubes for my water bottle on both days and was most appreciative to be able to have a cold drink on my cycling trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful time spent at your home.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect! I can truthfully say that I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Great location for exploring a wide area, from Cromer to Cambridge! Beautiful period home in a peaceful village with a lovely garden to enjoy in warmer weather. Our room was very comfortable for our family, with everything we needed. Our bathroom was en suite, with a bath. Tibouche is a wonderful host and runs a smooth ship - she’s thought of everything before you’ve even thought of it yourself. I loved that we arrived back from a long day to find bedside lights on and a topped-up hospitality table. It was so welcoming, a real homely feel. I wish we’d had time to try her evening meals, which I imagine are excellent. Beds were really comfortable and breakfast was great, especially the delicious sausages.

Whilst we had no issues, some people may find the quirkier aspects of the property less appealing. Not all bathrooms are en suite and are accessed across a landing, for example (all rooms have their own allocated bathroom though). Our bathroom had a lovely view but no blind or curtain across the window which some may prefer (it wasn’t overlooked). Bedroom doors aren’t locked - again, not really an issue for us but perhaps a consideration for others. Everything felt very safe and comfortable.

This is a lovely farm house B&B and the owners are really friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, with excellent bedding and facilities within the room. Excellent breakfast, well cooked with tasty ingredients, especially the eggs which come from the B&B's own chickens. The location is great with some lovely walks around the area and great pubs to eat and drink, not too far away within a few minutes drive.

The batroom and toilet were along the landing to the bedroom. Would have been nice to have an en-suite but it wasn't a big problem and the bathroom was large with a great shower, and we had exclusive use of it.

Tibouche called us before we arrived at the farm and kindly offered to have dinner at their house, so we didn't have to look for a restaurant. She is a fantastic cook and both roast dinner and breakfast were superb! Tibouche and Philip are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed a fun conversation over a good glass of wine after dinner, and were lucky enough to hear Tibouche play the piano - she is talented in everything. The room was spacious, light and the bed very comfortable with luxury linen. It was a shame we had to leave the next day as we wanted to see Gainsborough’s House in Sudbury, but we do hope to return in the future.

Location of Grange Farm is in a lovely, setting fields all around’ breakfast was very good using local produce and was even asked if I wanted more when I finished but what I had was plenty. Rooms are very clean and spacious with complementary drinks and the beds very comfortable. This is our second time here and both times we haven’t been disappointed ! Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable hosts ! We went as a family this time and we all fell in love with their dog paddy a gorgeous black Labrador, we all agreed we would definitely visit again.

I loved this b and b, one of the best. Lovely owners, most beautiful room ( and bedding/pillows) and the breakfast is five star! I paid additional for an evening meal each night and this far exceeded expectations, all served beautifully with good quality ingredients and tasted so good. Euston Estate is nearly next door, I enjoyed beautiful walks morning and evening each day. I spent 4 nights here, but I could have quite happily moved in! Thank you for lovely stay

A unique, gem of a place. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic. We had a lovely walk through the Euston estate up to the temple and there is a road opposite the B&B towards knettishall which takes you through a nature reserve, with grazing ponies. Tibouche gave us menu options for supper and we had an amazing meal and breakfast was equally so. The house is beautiful and full of character and charm and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely return!

Grange Farm is everything you want and more in the quintessentially English B&B experience. I visited for the weekend to cycle in Thetford Forest and Kings Forest and, at the last minute, my daughter decided to join. Philip and Tibouche couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. They made up an extra bed, had a secure place for me to keep my bike and recommended a wonderful local pub for dinner. The very generous breakfast includes freshly laid eggs from the chickens kept on the premises, local sausage & bacon and a proper press pot of coffee! The common areas are comfortable and the facilities suited us really well. When we’re back in the area we’ll definitely return.

The perfect setting, set within a small Hamlet. A warm welcome was assured from the owners with such a kind email on the morning I travelled. The real welcome happened when I stepped over the threshold, including Paddy the beautiful black Labrador. Knowledge of the local area is second to none & the recommendation for an evening meal was the best I’ve ever had!

That I only got to spend one night!

Te and Philip so welcoming! We arrived earlier than planned due to weather. Great location for the racing in little hamlet. Beautiful building. Huge comfortable room. Bed comfy and slept so well. Great value for money! Had fantastic breakfast and great selection of teas in the room. They have thought of everything!

My partner 6'4 and struggled in shower! Otherwise nothing didn't like.
