+Pool facilities are a bit more 'fitness club' than spa but whatever! +Breakfast was pretty mid even if you opted for the extra fee hot breakfast... I had scrambled eggs on toast - it was tiny and a bit cold/sad overall. (I would recommend spending the 10 extra pounds on something in town). +A few miles from the main main town so you will need a car or taxi. Taxi is about ~9 pounds, the only downside is waiting if you don't reserve one in advance.

Lovely helpful staff. Good facilities including pool and gym. Nice outlook. Room a good size Food very good.

Minor issues: Armchairs would be more useful than a bedding box. Room not refreshed and stock of tea/coffee not replenished one day despite clear indication preferred. Could not get air cooling/heating system to work. Controls not familiar. Continental breakfast good but no indication whether dairy milk was whole, skimmed or semi skimmed. Would like to see a selection of breads to cut on demand. Supply of cutlery could be replenished more often.

The hotel was spotless throughout. We were having a hot spell of weather and the air conditioning was very good and very welcome. The room was modern and smart and beds comfortable. We went for the continental breakfast which was more than adequate. Outside seating areas were very pleasant overlooking an expansive golf course. We were very happy with the ‘no dogs’ policy. We didn’t use the spa but enjoyed a swim in a decent sized pool. Staff were friendly and obliging. There was plentiful free parking.

Soft drinks were a bit expensive but that tends to be par for the course (no golfing pun intended). Complimentary water could have been provided in the room.

We were greeted by accommodating, very friendly staff. Leisure Facilities were very good, enjoyed a morning swim and steam. Very comfortable, clean room. Lovely restaurant for breakfast, plentiful continental selection included in room price. Beautiful surroundings and views across the golf course.

The only slight negative is that there are not many spots for relaxing around the pool/spa area if you were there all day as a larger group. However, there maybe more relaxation areas in the treatment area?? We didn't have any treatments, so didn't explore this?

The location is stunning.Room was clean & tidy.Air conditioning was a plus.Spa facilities on site is a nice touch although we personally didnt get the time to use them.

Pillows were too puffy, slept with a folded bath towel as a replacement but didnt report to housekeeping team (didnt want to make a fuss). Cooked breakfast was sparse.When I ordered without sausage but asked for extra baked beans I was refused.Not what I consider good customer service. On return back to the hotel from a wedding at Hengrave Hall the Hotel bar was closed.Considering there were a few other wedding guests staying I think when we ordered cabs at reception it would be a good business move to ask if you require the bar on return.Also a wedding was taking place at All Saints too, so maybe profit lost.

Lovely view over the golf course,although we did pay extra. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My husband ordered the pannacotta for dessert, but unfortunately it was brought out frozen and inedible. It was replaced and substituted and the waitress apologised profusely, although it wasn’t her fault . Our room wasn’t cleaned one day which was strange . Maybe a little more milk sachets in case this happened again , we had to go hunting for milk for a cuppa .The shower control tap was very ,very stiff and we both found it very difficult to use .

Clean, modern and spacious. The hotel feels modern, great facilities in room and comfortable furnishings. Plenty of car parking space and great place to get away from the noise of daily life for an overnight stay to relax. Swimming pool and spa area is great, clean and modern changing rooms with proper changing cubicles not just open air. Never felt overcrowded or busy and staff were always friendly and informative making you feel welcome, never a burden.

At the price of the room, a full breakfast should be included not just continental but thats just being picky.

Our bedroom was in the new block so everything was very new and shiny - we had a great view of the golf course. Bathroom had great water pressure and warmed up quickly. We had a continental breakfast included which had a lot of choice of food. We also ate at the hotel one night and the food was delicious. We used the spa facilities (treatment as well as sauna/steam etc.) and these were great.

Everything was good but if I had to mention something it would be for All Saints to consider having another coffee machine at breakfast (there was only 1!).

The breakfast was very good. However, we booked through booking.com & was informed breakfast was included, upon our arrival we were informed this was an error and had to £40:00 more for the cooked breakfast. The staff in the bar and restaurant were helpful efficient and most importantly very friendly and welcoming. Which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming they do give you a first impression of the hotel. Luckily enough the staff in the bar/restaurant give the best impression of the hotel. Not enough milk in the room or failure to replenish it.

We stayed here to celebrate our 20 years together. We let them know this was why, and the little touches, such as a card from the staff with a hand drawn picture of a stork (I'm pregnant), was such a lovely touch. We had dinner and breakfast here, the food was lovely. There was an issue with one of the meals, but that was quickly and appropriately rectified. I had a lovely pregnancy massage, and my partner had a head and neck massage. All the staff we so friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back again.
