The hotel was spotless throughout. We were having a hot spell of weather and the air conditioning was very good and very welcome. The room was modern and smart and beds comfortable. We went for the continental breakfast which was more than adequate. Outside seating areas were very pleasant overlooking an expansive golf course. We were very happy with the ‘no dogs’ policy. We didn’t use the spa but enjoyed a swim in a decent sized pool. Staff were friendly and obliging. There was plentiful free parking.

Soft drinks were a bit expensive but that tends to be par for the course (no golfing pun intended). Complimentary water could have been provided in the room.

The location is stunning.Room was clean & tidy.Air conditioning was a plus.Spa facilities on site is a nice touch although we personally didnt get the time to use them.

Pillows were too puffy, slept with a folded bath towel as a replacement but didnt report to housekeeping team (didnt want to make a fuss). Cooked breakfast was sparse.When I ordered without sausage but asked for extra baked beans I was refused.Not what I consider good customer service. On return back to the hotel from a wedding at Hengrave Hall the Hotel bar was closed.Considering there were a few other wedding guests staying I think when we ordered cabs at reception it would be a good business move to ask if you require the bar on return.Also a wedding was taking place at All Saints too, so maybe profit lost.

Our bedroom was in the new block so everything was very new and shiny - we had a great view of the golf course. Bathroom had great water pressure and warmed up quickly. We had a continental breakfast included which had a lot of choice of food. We also ate at the hotel one night and the food was delicious. We used the spa facilities (treatment as well as sauna/steam etc.) and these were great.

Everything was good but if I had to mention something it would be for All Saints to consider having another coffee machine at breakfast (there was only 1!).

The breakfast was very good. However, we booked through booking.com & was informed breakfast was included, upon our arrival we were informed this was an error and had to £40:00 more for the cooked breakfast. The staff in the bar and restaurant were helpful efficient and most importantly very friendly and welcoming. Which created a very pleasant atmosphere.

Reception staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming they do give you a first impression of the hotel. Luckily enough the staff in the bar/restaurant give the best impression of the hotel. Not enough milk in the room or failure to replenish it.

We stayed here to celebrate our 20 years together. We let them know this was why, and the little touches, such as a card from the staff with a hand drawn picture of a stork (I'm pregnant), was such a lovely touch. We had dinner and breakfast here, the food was lovely. There was an issue with one of the meals, but that was quickly and appropriately rectified. I had a lovely pregnancy massage, and my partner had a head and neck massage. All the staff we so friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back again.

We arrived on the Friday night and had a Valentine's Day dinner in the restaurant, which was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and the special Valentine's Day menu was delicious, with prosecco on arrival a lovely touch. The new rooms are beautifully finished and I love the new electronic Do Not Disturb/Please Make Up The Room buttons. The next night we ordered room service which was equally delicious. The whole place feels high quality and luxurious without being pretentious or overbearing. The staff are excellent, really friendly, helpful and welcoming, and very professional. We will definitely be returning to stay again.

That we had to leave so soon!

This is a brilliant place to stay. Really comfortable and well appointed rooms and bathrooms, great leisure and spa facilities and delicious food. Our waitress in the restaurant made some excellent drink recommendations, which we really enjoyed and it was great to have a carafe in our room to use to collect chilled water from the fountain near reception. There was an excellent radiator in the room, allowing us to set the temperature how we wished, much more so than I have experienced anywhere else before. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well. Finally, the 11am checkout and ability to use the spa facilities after that gave us lots of flexibility when planning our morning, which was brilliant.

Maybe one more carafe for drinking water in the room would be helpful?

The room was perfect, with a supremely comfortable bed and lots of space around is so that the room felt spacious and not cramped. There was lots of hanging and drawer space for coats and clothes, a safe, large tv, and a kettle for teas and coffees. The option of a room service supper was brilliant as that allowed us to make use of the spa facilities a little longer and then have a more intimate dinner in the room. We choose the steak, which was delicious. The continental breakfast in the morning was really tasty too, with so much choice; multiple different juices, cereals, meat and cheese, delicious bowls of overnight oats/porridge, pastries, toast and so on. The late checkout time of 11am was brilliant as well, it made for a really relaxing and unpressured morning, and the shower was amazing, one of the best I have ever had. We will definitely visit again!

A small fridge would have been handy, and there was lots of space in the room for one. Perhaps something they could think about for the future.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, booking us into the restaurant and inviting us to use the pool and spa. Dinner was fabulous, absolutely delicious. We loved our room too, spacious, with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and definitely the best shower I have ever had! Possibly slightly quirky feedback, but I also thought the bathroom layout was quite elegant, with a great little alcove beside the shower for clothing, washbags etc. Loved the choice of coffees for breakfast as well, sometimes it's the little touches that make all the difference. Unfortunately we didn't get around to using the pool or spa, but being invited to stay and make use of it after checking out in the morning was very generous, we hope to get an opportunity to go back soon.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Gym and pool were excellent. All the staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. Only slight downside was a very limited menu in the restaurant and the bar pretty soulless. All in all, very good.
