Great experience. Rooms bigger and more comfortable than expected, free parking provided via the public car park opposite which would have cost an extra £10 a day (summer rate). Breakfast menu was great and included in price. Bed really soft and comfy. Some noise from the bar downstairs but staff were mindful of it and music was stopped at 11pm. Supper was available to buy until 9pm and food was good. Perfect for passing through as so flexible on timings, good value and friendly.

We came up to braunton to see some family members, needed to stay overnight and chose this as it was nice and Central. We have a dog which was only £10. He was supplied with a lovely clean pet bed, are bed was lovely and comfy, very clean great shower, affordable breakfast which was very good.

Because it's Central you're going to have a little bit of outside noise, and you can slightly hear the caller coolers .

The family who run the Inn work so hard. The breakfast is 5 star. If you have dogs there are good footpaths very close by. Also the car park is just opposite.

The noise....we are old and love peace and quiet. I hadn't realised that there were so many young people who were having fun! This is the only downside because of our age and time of life.

Great old pub. Good atmosphere in the pub. The solid brickwork meant it was quiet and insulated from the bar noise. Good breakfasts. We had completely refreshed new tiled bathroom with good powerful shower. Lovely people.

Despite being a little tired from age and a small ceiling stain from a water leak, everything was very clean

This was a last minute booking due to work requirements. I found a nice traditional pub, located in the town centre with accommodation above and, parking across the road. A good sized room with reasonable facilities, a comfy bed and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful, will definantley stay again if in the area.

Its a clean basic B&B with a very comfy bed. The kettle was very efficient. The breakfast was good and the staff lovely. Lots of hot water.

The room really smelled of mould cleaner and the windows were locked shut which on a hot night was a pain but as it was on the corner of 3 busy roads I can see why. No wardrobe but a hanging rail with metal coathangers. Its all a bit tired looking but the friendliness of the staff made up for it.

The George Inn is in Braunton, a small town in North Devon. Parking is located opposite the pub which is really convenient. The pub is on a main road we had a room at the front which was a good size very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely soft towels, great smelling shower gel. Spacious well lite bathroom with good-sized shower and comfortable bed. You would have thought this would be noisy, but it really wasn't. i had one of the best nights of 😴 💤 I've had in a long time away from my own bed! The stage were very friendly and hepful just make sure to give your car reg for the car park and you are all set. The

Only picky point would be that shower pump would improve spray on shower.

The room was well decorated and aspects had clearly been renovated to a good standard. The size of the bathroom and shower was excellent as was the quality of the fitments. We especially appreciated the inclusion of a fan given the fact it was a very hot day and the heat remained at night. The host was very informative and helpful. Many restaurants in the immediate area and even though the parking was on the other side of the road it was free courtesy of the inn.

The blinds give good privacy but this is at the expense of getting fresh cool air through the window which was necessary given how hot it was on the weekend we stayed.

I really appreciated them allowing me to check in early as I knew my job would mean I wouldn't otherwise get to the room until very late. They were very friendly and helpful both in person and over the phone prior to my booking. My breakfast was tasty (great veggie sausages!) Comfy bed!

Nothing. The only "improvement" I might have wished for a longer stay would have been a bathtub, but that's just me being a diva, the shower was good.

Perfect location for a wedding at st brannocks church we were attending, beds were very comfortable.

Shower not very powerful but did the job. Bed had a large bolt protruding from it which my husband cut his leg on, maybe this can be sorted (pic included)
