The farm,the landscape, the beautiful interior of the house, the history of the family, the horses and Jumbo the Shetland pony, the kind generous hospitality of Lady Caroline and George….nothing too much trouble and time to chat despite being sounded by children wishing to ride Jumbo……what more can I say. My daughter and I loved it. And Caroline made sure every little person had a ride on Jumbo. Nobody left disappointed. Nor did we! Thank you

The property was in a peaceful, tranquil location close to good places to visit. Hosts were very welcoming to both human and four-legged guests alike. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was really good too. Being woken by the quacking of farm ducks was rather charming.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

The rooms are all furnished and decorated to a very high standard. Everything is done to make guests feel welcome and 'at home'. Breakfast of choice was served individually and again was very good. If we were to return to the area we would not hesitate to use Hollamoor Farm again.

A very minor niggle was that as I am 6'6" tall the duvet was a little short but that would not affect many people!

Lovely rural setting in large old cottage full of character. Comfortable and greeted with cup of tea on lawn when we arrived by friendly and welcoming host George. Tea and coffee facilities available in hall way Large breakfast table setting for at least 10 guests and so you can get chance to meet other guests. Full English breakfast available with choice of cereal and fruit etc

Nothing to dislike - we had a separate bathroom rather than en-suite but it was comfortable and fine. Don’t rely on sat nav to take you directly to property- it only takes you to the nearby village.

The ambiance was good and the furnishing in the bedroom and bathroom was excellent. It was very nice to be able to walk around the farm and enjoy the peacefulness. Although off the beaten track, it was in easy reach of the coast and towns

We have to say that the description of "private bathroom" is very misleading. The bathroom is in fact shared with other residents. Personally it was not too much of a problem although a bit of a shock to find someone on the toilet the first time before we became aware that we was sharing. That fact should be made clear on Bookings.com website

The rural setting. The location and quietness of the property. We were in the converted stable block. It was like having a small apartment to yourself, so we had plenty of space. Parking was available, which we appreciated. The green space open opposite was well kept and inviting with enough seating. The shower had plenty of hot water. We had breakfast on a huge round table with other guests, which was a great way to meet people and chat. The breakfast was lovely and good quality. There were plenty of hot and cold options for beverages.

There was nothing that was immediate

Hospitable, friendly hosts. Comfy bed, plus chairs to relax in. Lovely hot bath. Enjoyable, tasty cooked breakfast, plus choices of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, etc. Good coffee. Very quaint and unique room. Peaceful, quiet surroundings.

Room bottled water needed a refresh. Some nice sausages on the breakfast menu would be a bonus. Otherwise, all good.

Room was great and hosts very friendly and hospitable. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer. Really enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options. Close to Clevelley which hosts recommended we visit - really enjoyed day there but be warned there is an entrance fee. Would stay again and would recommend to friends.

Nothing we didn't like, but narrow roads to the farm may put some off. We were in a Fiat 500 so no issue for us and should be no issue if you drive carefully.

Lovely old house, stables and annexes. Beautiful bedroom looking over garden. Great breakfast around big round table. Sound of lovely flute music and very peaceful at night.

Steep lane down to property and narrow access due to building work but not a big problem.

Delightfully situated within easy reach of Exmoor and the north Devon coast. Our accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. Nikki the housekeeper was very helpful. Unfortunately Caroline and George were away when we were there but we hope to meet them on our next visit which will be not too long away I hope!
