Did not get my email with door code or room as the owner Patrick ķnows stood on doorstep and knocking on door luckily a girl coming out of shop next door knew code let me in then she asked what room.i am staying in again no information I could have still been stood there now

No self check in email 2 hours before as promised the Street is pitch black and scary at night nice rooms wrong location

The price was very reasonable and the clean room had comfortable beds with a good ensuite with plenty of hot water and pressure. The shared kitchen was well equipped There is a large modern Aldi a short walk away and by crossing the road there and going down Lyndhurst Road there is a cafe called Belly Busters where we had a nice breakfast and further down is a very good fish and chips shop (the small cod and chips is generous)

The staircase to the top bedroom is steep with a sharp turn near the top. Too much for our elderly bodies but we were moved to a ground floor room (5) which suited us much more. The ensuite needed a towel rail and hanging hooks however. The place is let down by the shabbiness of the area.

I recently stayed at Innovation House in Burnley, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, the fresh and inviting scent made me feel instantly welcomed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, setting the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was perfect—spotless, warm, and incredibly cosy. The bedding was so soft and luxurious that I had one of the best night’s sleeps in ages. Fresh towels were provided, and the shower was pristine, offering a refreshing start to the day. I loved that the TV came with internet access, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy some entertainment after a long day. The instructions for accessing the room were straightforward and hassle-free, making check-in seamless. Overall, Innovation House offers exceptional value for money. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into every detail, from the cleanliness to the comfort of the guests. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be staying again!

Everything was as it should be.

when the check in details didn't arrive on the app, i called the hosts number and he answered straight away and sorted it all out very quickly, even called me back later to make sure everything was okay. if your going into burnley town centre or to the football stadium its about 5 minutes walk to both, and pubs everywhere. a great spot, good value for money. free parking directly outside, couldn't ask for much more.

Spotlessly clean, very quiet, comfy room, parking available and only half a mile from where I was working.

I had assumed I would be able to watch freeview tv in the property. In fact the Smart TV only worked if you had your own amazon or prime account which I don't. That was pretty disappointing and not made explicit in the room information. I would have appreciated a usb socket to recharge my phone as it was a last minute decision to stay over and I didn't have a suitable plug with me. The entrance to the property was pitch black, a security light to help you see the key pad for entry would have helped.

very easy to find (with not knowing the Burnley area too well) and checked in just after 9pm. All the details were sent to me via email & text as soon as I booked the property (wifi password, codes for doors, room key etc) which was really helpful. Very clean room and ideal for myself staying the night alone. Very clean bathroom & bedding, comfy bed and plenty of towels. Needed to dry a few things in room and was able to turn the radiator on to do this. The light coming threw the blinds wasn’t really a problem for me in the morning as I was up early ish. Would deffo recommend property as they was very fast at replying to messages & helpful :)

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The accommodation provided excellent hospitality — the place was cleaned regularly, and both the rooms and kitchen were spotless every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend staying here!

Location is close to the town centre and handy for access to major roads. The room was clean and comfortable and that's all we needed for a couple of nights visiting family in the area.

The area is a little run down and there were a few broken bottles in the area allocated for parking so there was a little anxiety as to security of the car overnight. However - there were security cameras and there was no damage so that's my issue rather than the property.

Easy check in. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Easy parking outside property. The temperature was easy to control.

I was a little concerned that the fire door couldn't have been opened if there had been a fire as there were bars on the outside of the property. I think this is against safety regulations and am surprised that booking .com allow this property on their site.

I appreciated the well-designed room that offered moments of respite. These areas allowed me to unwind in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. In summary, my experience at Innovation House on August 27th was characterized by a quiet atmosphere, efficient layout, and a thoughtful arrangement that enabled a pleasant stay. I look forward to returning to Innovation House for future events and enjoying the tranquil peacefulness once again.

Not much to say about this, other than being able to hear other residents whilst you’re in your rooms which is common for similar types of accommodation.
