Great location. We were going to Deya brewery which is a 5 minute walk. Steam & Whistle pub on the way which serves really good pizza, and Madisons cafe round the corner for breakfast in the morning. Staff were on hand to reply to emails promptly (I recommend emailing them if like us your access code hasn't arrived by 2pm the day of arrival), and the room was clean with fresh sheets and towels etc. Free parking as well which was a bonus.

Shower was a bit leaky and the fridge was quite noisy, and the key lock box was broken. But no real complaints for the money we paid.

The staff that messaged me were very helpful. Had no problems finding the place and getting into my room. Happy with the room. Had quite a big fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils. Also provided with towels. The bathroom is just across the hallway and there is a seperate toilet room incase anyone is using the shower. The bed was comfortable.

The only negatives I had was the window not shutting properly and the wifi doesn't work. Other then that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Key here is value. It's very cheap for Cheltenham, close to the train station, and entirely comfortable / functional. The parking is a big bonus, as is the 24/h help, remote key pickup, kitchenette facilities and free WiFi. Rooms have fridges, cutlery and microwaves. Shared bathrooms, but that comes with the price. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Great value - would book again.

Bathrooms (not loos) are all marked male for some reason, but that doesn't matter as they are lockable and single occupancy. I'm a single woman, though, and had no issues.

At first it was a little hard as I'd not used you before and was unsure of room/key access. However it was straight forward to get in, everything was clean and although I was aware of other people it wasn't as some of the reviews had said walls very thin, no more than many hotels. I was pleasantly surprised with the bathrooms that were maintained and clean. I'd use you in other cities.

Not that clear for a first time user. Parking area had no parking notices on the wall and not clearest in which block/room/key access...but these are minor.

Was in the back unit of this accommodation and pleased to find double security with access front door code and door box as a solo traveller...Unit has had an upgrade since last visit so new bathrooms with clean loo and shower facilities...Clean and neutral decorated room had tea/coffee supplies+hair dryer+loo roll which was a unexpected surprise!

Accommodation is located right next to Cheltenham railway station which could be listed as a minus BUT night trains rolling past hardly heard...

Nothing as far as the accommodation I do understand about check in hours but I felt it was a little tardy that I would have to pay extra just for one hour earlier arrival when the room was ready. Fortunately the weather was dry But maybe everything is automated as I had to receive the codes for the front door and which room I was staying in

We arrived at this property but due to an issue was moved to a different location and it was great. Staff was super friendly, polite and helpful.

The shared bathrooms - Toilet out of order so had to go upstairs, No antibacterial hand soap provided. Building had a very odd smell. Our bedroom light didn’t work so only had a lamp. Easier enough to rectify so it isn’t a huge deal.

The stay cost £26, which is a great price for the area. It was fantastic considering that price. Easy access via key lock box. 24h staff helpline. Rapid responses to queries. Free WiFi, parking, small private room with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, cutlery. Decent small clean shared bathrooms. Good location near station. You get what you pay for, and more.

Clean rooms and shared bathroom. Towels and shower gels provided. Easy to find and got a free parking space off-road.

An unpleasant odour in one of the 2 rooms we booked. Although it did not prevent our 2 guests from sleeping there, it was definitely noticeable.

The place exceeded my expectations once I got on. Getting in was a problem. If you take the money early you should send the code early. I had to haul a women in the street to use her phone to get a code- despite flagging in advance I wouldn’t get the code via my foreign phone.
