The staff were exceptional from the first message we sent to ask questions about different things to help ordeingr a taxi to the train station on departure. The accommodation was beautiful & in a lovely area with 2 cafes/restaurants almost beside the accommodation for a lovely breakfast or lunch/dinner. Very close to the centre for shops. We were attending a weekend of tango dancing in the town hall. Was only a 7 minutes walk away. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Small fridge, coffee machine to make fresh coffee, hairdryer & even a clothes steamer.

There were lots of stairs to climb due to no lift as we were on the top floor. Next time, we can request a room on a lower floor. Mind you, the exercise of walking up/down the stairs was great for us.

This place was beautiful. I highly recommend it for leisure, not for business as you have to do everything yourself, self check in, forms and more forms, adding more stress and admin to your already busy day.

It is advertised as a hotel, but it isn’t. It is more like an Airbnb, I stay at hotels almost every weekday and I simply filter by hotel and get quickly a place where I could stay. For this apartment you have to fill in forms, upload passport, a different form if you want to use the parking, etc. if advertised as a hotel, then should have a reception where you simple get back from a 10 hr working day, and do a simple check in, go to bed and be out at 7am for the next meeting. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful place and I recommend it.

This beautiful apartment hotel far exceeded its own description! Everything you could possibly want was thoughtfully provided for. Excellent location. Tastefully decorated and sumptuous furnishings. Power shower did not let me down - great pressure. Lots of attention to detail and nice touches! My room had wall to ceiling period windows with great curtains which did the job of blocking out the light when time for slumber. Highly recommend!

Only niggle was the beside lights were not adequate to read by, so had to keep the overhead light on. Installation of a dimmer switch for either would resolve this issue.

Very good establishment in a really good location, only a couple of minutes walk to Cheltenham's shops, cafes, theatre and parks. Added bonus of a residents car park that is very close and easy to use. The "hotel" is recently refurbished so in good decorative order. It's rooms are warm clean and well designed. They are very well equipped with good quality electrical goods, (Minor thought on improvement in Disikes) with a larger than usual flat screen TV Bathroom fittings are of a high quality with great water pressure. Kitchen gadgets are also good: the coffee maker, radio and Smeg fridge with a fab-u-lous choice of teas and coffees. A nice touch are the QR codes on everything that link you through to use instructions. The beds are comfortable with good quality linen. The first time we have stayed in an "un manned" hotel: you enter the car park, front door and your room by entering a 5 digit code, that is provided when you check in on line, into key pads. So no traditional reception, you can message any questions though. Mine were answered quickly and efficiently. A new system to us, but one we found easy to use and would definitely reccomend this establishment to others.

Not a dislike but if asked how my experience could have been improved: I'm sure if I'd messaged more would appeared, but there were only 2 coat hangers. The bathroom didn't have a shaver/electric tooth brush socket that I could see. So take an adapter. There are many plugs around the room. As this establishment has no dining facilities and they provide a mini food area so you can do a continental breakfast, I personally would love a little microwave to be included so hot cereals could be made. Eg porridge

Really modern, high spec interior and appliances, lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was really clean and organised. Allocated parking close by was also a huge plus, along with being right in the centre of Cheltenham. The manager of the property responded to all my questions in a timely manner and was really helpful and accommodating.

The green safety light in the bedrooms was a bit too bright for some of guests when trying to sleep, not all wanted to use the eye masks provided.

I would like to applaud crescent place. The most beautiful decor, from tall ceilings, chandeliers, church windows and mezzanine bedroom, to the soft furnishings, amazing shower and underfloor bathroom heating. Perfectly located to central Cheltenham, walking distance to race course, bars, restaurants and shops, all on door step. Convenient, secure private parking. And most of all service, Alanya's, personal attention to detail was unbelievable. Going that extra mile to make it really special. Thank you for a special stay.

- Overall, the room with the bath was great. It was large, with plenty of room for 2 people. It felt well-furnished and clean. - Getting into the building and room was easy enough as we had the code ready to go. - Amazing location!

- Getting into the car park was straightforward once I was there, but the written directions could have been better. They are located next to the bus stops in an old car park they have taken over. Google Maps is out of date so not easy to see on there. - I wanted to check-in and park earlier but the number provided went to the property manager who was on holiday. I was told to 'call the hotel' but there is no number for anyone else. It was made clear early check-in or late check-out isn't possible. - It's a little pricy, in my opinion, but I guess given the room size and location, it's what they focus on.

The accommodation was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great as the weather was warm during our stay. All appliances required are readily available. Access is via code rather than key, which I definitely prefer. Perfect location, very central, within walking distance to many beautiful shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing to dislike about this property. However, the only thing i would highlight and really it didn't affect us was that there is no lift. Our room 10 was quite a distance from the front door. It involved a few flights of stairs and walking. Whilst we had had no difficulty with this, I feel it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility. If restricted mobility, Rooms 1 and 2 would involve less walking. Just a suggestion.

Well designed and beautifully refurbished apartment. Excellent bedroom and bathroom. Very comfy bed, superb shower and even a white noise sleep assistant!

In this particular one bedroom apartment the sitting room area is not that comfortable. 2 Single armchairs feels a little austere compared to the standard of the rest of the apartment. Small touches like water and milk in the fridge were not present but that's being very picky. It is a very nice apartment.

Everything! The ability to come and go as we pleased was so easy. Our room was amazing, I’ll be talking about the under floor heating in the bathroom until my dying days!! Such a small detail that gave so much of an effect on our stay, as well as the tea bag choices, the little kitchen utensils, the milk in the fridge!!!

The green fire alarm light on the ceiling was distracting when going to sleep. Bring an eye mask or leave another light on to distract you.
