I loved attention to every little detail. I loved the kindness and politeness of every single staff member. I liked the decor. I LOVED the breakfast. The art, books, faux fire, pool table. Brilliant. Kasia (pronounced Kasha) couldn't have been kinser when I had accidentally booked the wrong month! So helpful kind and considerate.Bear brewery and bowling so great as we were visiting family friends there.

Nothing. Although we were aware the swimming pool was being refurbed. Looking forward to visiting in future to experience this too and perhaps the pretty courtyard when sun is out.

Warm, friendly welcome on Reception upon arrival (Elizabeth & colleague full on local recommendations, huge smiles & positive vibes), spotlessly clean modern room, extremely kind gestures by ‘Ashley KenKera, General Manager (note, balloons & complimentary drinks voucher) as a surprise for my friend who was celebrating her 40th! How very thoughtful, it was so appreciated!! Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, credit to Chefs, waiting on staff, excellent range of choices, fresh food & lovely, relaxing start to our day. Cannot thank you all enough at Cheltenham Holiday Inn for making our stay so pleasurable, what a Team!

The hotel was pet friendly and the staff were as pleased to meet our dog as they were to meet us. The main bed in the family room was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was wonderfully clean with a view onto a lovely courtyard outside with art work on the walls. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

The sofa bed was very lumpy and the Aircon wasn't very powerful although still running and quite noisy. We were given an extra fan if we were too hot so the staff were aware of the Aircon problem and were very helpful about it. Our only real issue was the sofa bed being quite uncomfortable.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good and staff were very prompt with cleaning tables to free them for new guests, room was lovely and location of hotel was brilliant.

The room was beyond hot. It's only a minor issue but it did really impact our sleep, especially on the second night. The comfort cooler wasn't powerful enough to generate cold air, we did get a jug of iced water but the temp in the room was unbearable at times so we sat next to the window for a while in the middle of the night. We woke up pretty tired. Better Air con would definitely solve this and then the stay would have been perfect!

WOW! is the first thing that comes to mind! Perfectly located just 3 mins walk from the Brewery quarter which has the most amazing bars, restaurants & Cinema with 14 screens! You will be stunned with all the options of things to do that this wonderful town has to offer. The Hotel really is in the most perfect location, The staff very helpful & friendly, the Breakfast is fantastic with a hot or cold buffet style presentation with superb quality produce. Our double room was super clean & spacious with large TV. All in all it was fantastic and we would certainly stay again in the future. 10 out of 10 for this hotel

It would be an insult to even consider anything! This is a perfectly run/operated hotel

*Location next to car park with 25% off parking if ticket stamped at hotel reception on check out. *Situated opposite Brewery Quarter for eateries, music, shops etc. *Close proximity for walking to a lot of historical buildings and parks. *Reception staff very helpful with queries and enquiries.

Although breakfast RANGE was good. *Toast and jams, cakes, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, juices, water, coffee and tea etc. *The cooked range was basic - bacon, sausages, scrambled egg, baked beans and hash browns. *It would have been nice perhaps, to have egg choices, fried, boiled, scrambled, along with mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Also perhaps a small range of cold meats and cheeses. *Paying for the stay on arrival and not at the end which is the usual. Otherwise, happy.

It's my second stay at this hotel as it's in such a wonderful location across the road from lots of quality restaurants and an amazing 12 screen Cinema 📽 and yet peaceful in the evening's. A wonderful buffet style breakfast to suit all tastes together with a discounted multi - storey parking opposite this hotel compliments the helpful happy staff. All in all perfect and I would happily stay again when visiting the charming town of Cheltenham 😊

Very comfortable bed, slept well. Staff were very helpful, especially at breakfast- made sure my baby and I were seated comfortably 4th floor room had a nice view of the hills. Room felt clean and well maintained. Very busy over a Bank Holiday weekend, but dealt with us efficiently and the breakfast area didn't have queues even at 10am

Breakfast was included in the rate, but rather limited range. It was fine, but nothing particularly special. Vegetarian and vegan sausages were available but cooked to order and would take up to twenty minutes so I went without. Pool and gym are across the road in a separate building.

The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and a good choice. The toaster was one of the best as it toasted first time. The room met our expectations, the beds were really comfortable and the sofa was a much appreciated addition to the room. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a wet room, which meant it was very large for the price paid. The deal with the Brewhouse Quarter across the road, meant we got a good discount on food and entertainment.

The only downside was missing a bath, my wife prefers a bath to a shower. Also, the positioning of the toilet and the sink meant my right leg was under the sink when I sat on the toilet. We couldn't remove the subtitles on the TV, which was irritating.

More access to the advertised swimming facility - this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel but we did not get the information until after we booked that the swimming times available were very limited and did not fit with the other activities we were in the Cheltenham to do. No vegetarian/vegan breakfast items The room was a little small for 4 people
