The rooms were very nicely decorated and presented in a very tasteful manner. Every part of the apartment was immaculately clean and kept that way throughout our stay with daily visits from staff which included making the bed, biscuit top-ups etc. The daily service was a standout element that really added something special during our stay. The apartment is located in the centre of Cheltenham with all attractions just a few minutes walk away.

There was very limited cupboard space for our clothes, we resorted to double & treble clothes hanging and overloading the hook on the back of the bedroom door.

I contacted the Company to say we would be arriving late & the lady was very helpful & told us it was okay. We got to the apartment & the lady gave us clear instructions how to get in & stayed on the phone until we were in the Apartment. I walked in & said Wow. It looked amazing. We were surprised to see cereal, fruit, bread, milk etc in the room. The kitchen had all the facilities you need like dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer & even a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable as were the beautiful settees. It was also very quiet. It is walking distance to the town. There is free parking behind the apartments. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area. We stayed in the Montpelier apartment

Everything was perfect

Stayed over for two nights to attend an event, and wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment is in a great location for walking into town and around Montpellier Gardens, or walking in the opposite direction up to Pittville Park, and I'd probably stay here too and walk up if we attended any events at the racecourse. The bed and pillows in the Pittville Suite were really comfy, with extra pillows provided in the wardrobe too, which is always appreciated, and the wide range of breakfast items provided was also fantastic. Didn't use either of the TVs but noted a few DVDs were provided too, which was a thoughtful touch, and there were plenty of free toiletries in the bathroom, including conditioner which isn't always standard, so that was great too. For work reasons an early check in was requested & provided, & the wifi worked fine for Teams meetings.

Personally I prefer a self check in option for convenience, even though there was a lovely welcome.

Good initial impression with smart building set back from the road. I was on the first floor and found it very quiet. Good Location only five minutes walk from town centre. Well appointed apartment with kitchen with all the main appliances. A nice touch was the breakfast supplies - milk, fruit juice, cereal, croissants, butter, jam. Great to know you didn’t need to bring or purchase these. TV included catchup. Room was serviced every day so felt more like a hotel than a standard air bnb. Would certainly book again

Excellent location Apartment not original to What was booked, but moved into an equally nice apartment, excellent amenities, lovely bathroom, comfortable bedroom, felt they had thought of everything. Hospitality excellent, met by host (unexpectedly) who kindly showed us around the room, explained the local area, and how to get to places which was very helpful! Fire alarm went off, however swiftly dealt with! Will be back to stay next year with family! An enjoyable stay for RIAT 2024, and look forward to a break again in Cheltenham next year.

The welcome pack of croissants, milk, bread, orange juice, tea, coffee and fruit was far more than I expected. It was sufficient to last the two of us for more than two days. The information brochure gave excellent insight into the local attractions and offered various options on what was available for our enjoyment.

Although the decor for the sitting room would not have been my own personal choice, it was in keeping with the ambiance of the suite. Also, I didn't like the fact that I only arranged to stay for 3 nights on this occasion. In essence, there was absolutely nothing to dislike actually.

No major criticisms at all, but ... Sadly, there was no room for an outside garden area to relax in. The shower room was great, but personally, my wife and I prefer a bath option in order to have a hot "soak" now and again ...

It is very easy to book online. The excellent location, 5 min walk into town. Very helpful staff, who answered messages quickly before we arrived. We felt that if we had a problem, we could ask. Really lovely rooms, felt more like staying at a friend's place than a hotel. Really comfortable sofas & clean throughout. Great breakfast selection. Well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook anything. Having free parking was a great bonus. Fairly busy road outside (on a bus route) but didn't notice the noise.

It would have been nice to be told about wobbly kitchen tap. Now found out, they have a new tap on order. Found bed slightly hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an option. The shower screen was a little short, so the water wasn't contained within the shower. These are just small things but wouldn't stop us from going back. I'd just bring a sleep mat with me for extra comfort in bed.

The facilities at the apartment were very good .Washing machine/ dishwasher/ iron included The room was nicely presented and looked cosy A welcome pack which was a nice touch provided milk / orange juice/ cereals and some nice bread for toast.

Just a few niggles mainly with the bathroom.No blind on the window.The shower in the morning wasn't hot enough only warm . Location is great for being in the heart of Cheltenham, downside was the road was very noisy and woke us .

Great location for city centre. Host was friendly and welcoming. Apartment was well equipped and very well styled. Free parking was very useful too.

The apartment was clean although there was thick dust on the false plant in the bathroom, the wooden laminate flooring in kitchen/lounge had gaps between some of the planks and in the bathroom there was no blind although there were fixing holes in the wall.
