Caitlin was fabulous - kind, friendly, and really helpful. Fantastic breakfast, great selection of local produce, including their own freshly ground coffee. A real winner! The location was perfect for us attending a family wedding. Caitlin made sure we were well informed about local events, too, for in between our commitments. Our three year old daughter felt right at home with the animals and had a super afternoon being shown around and introduced to everyone. We loved all the personal touches, handicrafts, and old photographs around the accommodation. Thank you so much for hosting us for a couple of days, we really had a great stay xx

Great location on this farm amongst the speyside hills giving fab views. Not too far from Dufftown for their local amenities. Accommodation was more than ample for the duration of my leisure stay. Spacious comfortable bedroom with adjoining dining area giving plenty of choice for your breakfast needs. Caitlin was a great host, thank you.

The hospitality of the host, Caitlin was superb and help us with everything we needs for our stays. Provide us with recommendations for the distilleries, restaurants. Holly and the crews are also very friendly and very very cute. We were graceful to be able to stay at her place.

Not a thing.

The location is stunning. Breakfast was self service and suited us fine. Plenty of choice and fresh fruit. Also available all day which meant we could have something when we returned in the evening. Friendly and helpful host.

The stairs are steep and narrow especially at the top which might prove tricky for a large person or someone not too steady on their feet. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the room although Caitlin quickly brought her own for us to use when we asked.

Breakfast had a decent selection and our guest again went the extra mile to accommodate my dietery requirements. Would of loved a bigger french press Few more fruits selection at breakfast and jam ( though did check if more was required for day 2 didn't realise there was little left until we sat down at day 2) & When possible boiled eggs from the fresh eggs from the farm ( which bought some for home and were delicious!)

Caitlin was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the location was ideal both for the hills we were hiking and the town. The photos on the site didn't do the rooms justice and they seemed bigger in reality.

Narrow stairs but a small concern that was far outweighed by the beautiful location, comfortable rooms and wonderful host.

The breakfast is presented as a hamper with cereal and muesli, some fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and jam, as well as semi-skimmed milk, a fruit juice, coffee and tea. We had a small fridge, four chairs and a small adjustable table. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with both bath and shower. Both the double and single beds were clean and comfortable.

It would’ve been great to have the use of a small microwave to heat our milk. I also felt that a luggage stand in the second room as well as either a small wardrobe or a few hooks on the wall for hanging clothes would be nice as well as having a small TV in the second room. There’s nowhere to put clothes other than over the bath or on the toilet. The stairs are quite steep.

The farm is very beautiful and in a great location to see the distilleries, national park and ocean all within a short drive. Caitlin is a wonderful host and provided a great selection of foods for breakfast. Highly recommended!

The setting of the property is lovely and we were so warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Comfy rooms and great breakfast food made our stay wonderful.
