Ideal for getting into town. Bus stop across the road. Pub serving good food and a good choice of drinks. Shop just up the road if you need anything. Bed was comfy, but the shower room was a bit cramped.

Don't know how 3 people could manage,as the family room was a bit on the small side. According to the website, breakfast was included in the price, but on requesting it, we were informed that it wasn't, and it would be £8 each I would stay here again if we could manage to get a different room.

location for me was spot on, close to my meeting place. property is close to the local superstore which was handy. breakfast although quite simple was actually very good. i opted for the coooked breakfast which came along on time, hot and tasty. there was a good selection of cold/continental. there is free safe parking, although, bikers be aware the driveway is loose stone.

nothing really, it's a nice clean friendly b&b, certainly seems very popular, i think all rooms were taken when i stayed there. my only negative, and this is me being picky, and very personal choice, the shared loo and shower thing is not for me. as i say, no reflection on the property, the loo and shower were spotless, and i didn't have any problems with waiting for the loo or shower, but, personally i prefer ensuite. having said that, the next available property with ensuite was twice the price, and for what was simply a place to sleep for the night i would probaly stay again.

I arrived later than I intended and although they have it stated on their information that they close at 10pm, the husband (sorry, I don't know his name) stayed up and let me in, giving me a quick guided tour of my room and where the bathroom was.

I couldn't find the owners in the morning to say goodbye to, or to thank them for accommodating me even though I was late. I called out but no-one responded. It felt disrespectful to randomly open any of the doors to find them, so I just left.

Super stay at the Milton Bed and Breakfast. The host was lovely and very accommodating. She explained the amenities to us and outlined breakfast and met us personally at the door. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice and good quality food as well. We throughly enjoyed the stay here and will definitely be back!

As it's a B&B, there was more noise than you would get in a hotel, especially as it's next to a main road. The ensuite main light activated the fan which was extremely noisy, but the host explained this when we checked in and said to use the mirror light instead which was more than enough light for the room.

The room and ensuite bathroom were both very good. Nice towels, ample toiletries, kettle and tea and coffee supplies and ample pillows to prop up while lounging. Good to have off street parking available.

Just the quilt was a bit thick and hot overnight given the warm weather. No access to a refrigerator. Breakfast availability could be more clear on the listing, to assist choosing whether to pay extra for that.

Very spacious room. Modern and very comfortable. Owners were lovely. There was no choice of what was in the cooked breakfast but it was very well prepared and tasty. Bed was very comfortable. Location is ideal for the nearby retail park and also within walking distance of the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy, but owner did warn us about it when she offered us the bigger room and showed us how to use the separate mirror light, which was just as good.

Breakfast was good. I had an egg, sausages, ham, beans, toast, cereal and fruit. I think I was the only guest, so it was very quiet. The proprietor gave me an en-suite room (I thought I had booked that, but she said I booked a shared bathroom room)

There was a delay in the proprietor getting my booking, so that was a bit awkward when I arrived. I had to pay an extra 6 pounds for breakfast, because it wasn’t included in my booking (“bed & breakfast”?). I’m not sure if these were her problems, or Booking.com’s.

Nice and clean room. The shared bathroom was also clean. The location is maybe not ideal for everyone, but I had a car and for me was ok. There's a parking of the b&b.

The door to the room next to mine was too noisy when it closed (perhaps because the neighbours let it close on its own). The soundproofing between the rooms was not the best.

Cannot comment on the staff, since I actually did not meet them. It was a short stay. But the checking in and out went smoothly. The room is fine. Comfortable, and I'd say the money's worth. The town itself is worth a stroll. Nice place.

All is fine. The location is maybe not ideal for everyone. Though, personally, it did serve my own itinerary.

Milton is well maintained, exceptionally clean property. We had a triple room and it was large and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Full English, non greasy and good quality.

The shower is an electric shower so not much pressure. The noise from the road from 5am (main truck road) In the triple room there was a double bed and a single bed. Double bed quite small for 2 adults that weren't in a relationship. The room is plenty large enough for a king size bed.
