The pub and restaurant area is lovely, we didn’t use the outdoor area as it was cold but the views are beautiful. We stayed for 1 night and ungraded to a full English breakfast which was very nice. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Separate entrance towards the back if you stay out later. We are looking to come back in the summer time to make use of the outdoor areas.

Everything was perfect - no negative comments

A very considerate land lady who went beyond our expectations, on seeing our mobility challenge. Very accommodating friendly staff. Good to be able to mix with the local customers in the bar in the evening. Just the correct location into Richmond town.

Location was excellent, the views from our room was great. All the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. Very fairly priced menu and drinks.

continental breakfast was sufficient and the people all very nice. a bit of a walk away from Richmond and very hilly to get back to

you can pay to upgrade to the cooked breakfast but the continental although basic is sufficient

Continental breakfast included in package was fine, additional cooked breakfast for £5 excellent value and well cooked.

Shampoo was only toiletry provided and no hair dryer.
