Sparkling clean, very attentive hosts, friendly Atmosphere and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choices. Fresh milk for cuppas in the morning and Ice cold water brought to the room. Well needed after a few beers the night before! Sandra and Colin were helpful and knowledgeable about the area and sent some suggestions for dining before arrival. Would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future. We particularly loved the character of the house.

Colin&Sandra are a very lovely couple who made you feel so welcome.The breakfast at the B&B was lovely freshly cooked and homemade bread with it was really nice and location of the B&B was good. My wife and I thought that it was a little Gem of a place,the only one negative thing we could say is that you had to wait for a parking spot.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. Very cosy, warm and clean with beautiful homely touches all throughout the property. Colin & Sandra are lovely people who really care about guests wellbeing. Breakfast was very beautiful - cooked fresh with personal customisation and options available. Location is ideal in Richmond centre with ample parking. You can learn about Willance House history which has an amazing story dating back to 1600's. Highly recommended stay! Excellent breakfast and fascinating history of the building. Very comfortable and clean.

Not a single complaint. I'm pretty tall and banged my head a couple of times on the stairs, that's just me being clumsy. I would point it out to other tall guests, but by no means let it put you off, it's an excellent stay.

Excellent breakfast. Very conveniently located for the centre of Richmond. Free parking nearby if there is a space, otherwise there are pay carparks close.

An ideal base in Richmond. Clean, comfortable, warm, central, quaint, well furnished, extremely good ensuite with a powerful shower, an excellent breakfast with a wide choice. All this combined with helpful but unobtrusive hosts. Superb, thank you!

What a little gem of a find. Stayed for one night and the guest house was amazing. We received such a lovely, warm welcome. Taken to our gorgeous room, offered milk and a wide choice for breakfast. The couple who owned the house could not do enough for us. Such a lovely place to stay.

Where to start! The delicious home cooked breakfast. The friendly and always helpful hosts, the comfy bed, the fresh milk brought to my room, the beautiful house, the spotlessly clean everything DID I MENTION THE BREAKFAST!!
