Most spectacular view ever and the hotel owners use it fully! They have a nice little garden in front of the hotel where you can sit & relax and enjoy the view, but you can also see it in the 'Snug' (a living room for all guests) and the restaurant. The food is exellent : fresh, perfectly presented and original. Although the breakfast is not cheap, do try the pancakes, they are yummy ! The staff is friendly and open to all questions. Each room has coffee/tea ànd cookies that are replenished daily.
The rooms that are not renovated yet are really very small, no storage at all, and the bathroom is totally outdated - but they make the most out of it until they can renovate them all.

The hotel is located on the verge of a magnificent cliff overlooking the sea. Our room had therefore an exceptional view! The check-in was smooth, the staff was extremely friendly and even allowed us to check in two hours prior to our actual check-in time (we travelled by bus, the schedule is a little unpredictable). The room was clean, we even found a tray generously filled with tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate, and packed cookies. These were usually refilled during the morning cleaning. The breakfast was really tasty. Lastly, the location was extremely convenient. Apart from its beauty, it also allows guests to make hikes to other must-see places such as Kynance Cove, Lizard point or Mullion.
We loved everything.

The location is beyond impressive with the most amazing views. Staff felt genuinely kind and happy, to the extent one me ever if staff saved us from the rain by offering us a lift to the hotel from the top of the lane, we were very grateful and if you see this a massive thank you again! The food in the terrace was wholesome and tasty with good sized portions. Fallowfields of course was an experience I will recommend to everyone. There honestly isn’t anything I can fault, for me it is the perfect hotel to get back into nature!
Nothing. the hotel and staff are amazing!

A big shout out to Alex and his manager Joseph for sorting out a booking issue by switching us to a room with a full sea view - it was a great way to begin our stay! We loved the location of the hotel - fabulous views and the SW Coastal Path runs past the garden gate. Hotel has been tastefully furnished + is very peaceful. Lovely bar and restaurant as well.
Loved the seaview and how the room was furnished but the narrow bathroom needs to be updated. The shower is over a bathtub and the shower screen is too short - the result is water splashing onto the floor. Pillows are foam, lumpy and are probably due for a change too.

This place is perched on a beautiful bluff, with peaceful trails you can stroll along in the early morning or throughout the day. I was only there for one night, but I truly wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight—bright and cheerful, with a generous continental buffet and the option to order something hot from the menu. If not for the fog, the view would have been absolutely lovely. The staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again.
Parking and room was very small.

Paid for an ocean view room so the views were amazing. The weather was fabulous so we took advantage of the terrace area and garden. Dinner in the Terrace restaurant was great had the catch of the day fish and chips which was fresh and delicious. The access to the coastal path and resulting walk to Lizard peninsula on our first day and then all the way to Kynance cove on the second day was fabulous. Staff were friendly, and professional.
We were told on arrival that because we booked through Booking.com, breakfast was not included so had to pay £18 each for the breakfast. Did not feel the selection was value for money. Only offered granola as a breakfast cereal and bread for toast / no pastries. The hot option selection was good but you paid the same if you wanted hot porridge or eggs and smoked salmon. We ate breakfast at Wavecrest Cafe on our second morning. The hotel speaks of a Housel bay beach but it is treacherous to access - did attempt - but too difficult so we could not take advantage of this. We stayed for 2 nights and at the price of the room expected the bed to be made and the tea / milk etc to be replenished and it wasn't - had to ask for more milk which was readily given.

Overlooking the sea, this is a superb hotel, It is clean comfortable with exceptionally friendly staff. Excellent base for walking the coastline and exploring the Lizard Peninsula and South Cornwall. I enjoyed my stay.
The Lizard light house is close by, maybe 800m away. Now I've had a fascination with lighthouses since childhood and quite enjoyed the sound of the fog horn. However some might not share my enjoyment, in which case earplugs might be in order on misty nights.

The location is great — the hotel boasts a breathtaking view of Lizard Cove and is a unique place in the area. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, the staff is super helpful at all times. If you book this place, use the trail path along the coast for a long walk, it’s definitely worth the view. The restaurant, Fallowfields sounds great but unfortunately we couldn’t book as we checked out before it opened.
It would help everyone to clearly mark the parking place, it was just a bit awkward to park at times. The breakfast was slightly overpriced (£18 pp).

The views from the hotel are breathtakingly beautiful. The restaurant windows look out over a craggy, cornish cove and the Lizard Lighthouse. It's perfectly situated for long and short walks along the coast. I walked to Kyance Cove in about 90 mins. The staff at the hotel were great, very welcoming, and professional. The room was lovely, very peaceful and clean. Breakfasts were plentiful, lovely fresh bread, homemade granola, and great cooked options. The food in the restaurant was first class.

The hotel is exceptionally located, with a peaceful atmosphere and incredible views. Restaurant and staff both great. Amazing cove and walks literally on the doorstep
A few small things which impacted the overall quality of the stay. Firstly, our room was missed by housekeeping which meant we had no new clean/dry towels for the second night. Also, avoid rooms on the side of the hotel above the car parking as it gets very noisy here on a Friday/Saturday night with restaurant guests leaving
