comfortable room and a decent size. Fair spread at the breakfast buffet and a very good quality evening meal and large menu. swimming pool kept at a decent temperature nice jacuzzi and small sauna which were all good to use. fair tea and coffee selection. biscuits and useful fridge in the room

I would have preferred a mug to make a cup of tea rather than a cup and saucer a tea bag is big enough for a mug full of tea so cups are perhaps inefficient. missing from the leisure centre is a spin dryer for your swimming costume when you leave the changing room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Penmere Manor Hotel. The location was great and close to everything that we wanted to visit. The bed was really comfortable and they gave us an upgraded room which was very nice. We stayed for two nights and had our first dinner at the hotel, which was first class and so we decided to have dinner the second night because it was so good. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and nothing was too hard for them they really went out of their way to help. We would love to stay there again if we ever get back that way.

Our family room was brilliant We were in number 14 away from other people as my grandchildren woke up early and I was hoping they didn't wake other people, so being out of the way on the end was good for us. It was clean, comfortable and really big. Food was good as we ate our evening meal in the restaurant and they had vegan choices and a good range of children's choices. Having a swimming pool was an additional benefit. All the staff were lovely and helpful Especially the young man on reception and Will who waited on us in the restaurant. We will definitely come back soon Thank you

Not anything really other than 10 am is an early check out for me as I like to lay in.

We loved the location, away from the busy town centre, but easy access to it. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was lovely, so many choices. Loved the hash browns 😍 We stayed in room 33 and it was perfect. Lovely Queen size bed, a beautiful rolltop bath. Room was really spacious and the view was beautiful. Pool and gym were an added bonus.

That i had to leave 🥲 Rooms were old fashioned and a little tired, but that just added to the character/ charm. Drinks at the bar were expensive.

Fantastic choice at breakfast - hot and cold and very polite and friendly staff. The Family room was a great size, lots of storage, shower was so powerful - we loved it. We made good use of the pool and there were lots of areas to sit and relax. My 8 year old would like the hotel to have 5 stars because he liked it so much! Tidy, it is looking tired in places but the cleaning staff are doing a great job and we could see that painting and maintenance were being done. Slightly out of town but no problem with a car. Lovely grounds. Peaceful considering it's the summer holidays and we could see quite a few other people staying.

My parents travelled with us and said their small double room had a very weak shower and poor wifi. Not as good value for the price compared to the family room.

I was not at the Hotel long enough to use the Pool, but it looked very good from outside. The Breakfast and room were brilliant and the staff serving were on top of their job, theey most certainly earnt their money and what ever that was it was not enough.

I thought a little more care could have been given to some of the furnishing in the room one of the small cupboards had been poorly used by previous guests as a piece of the top had been torn off. the two chairs were very comfortable but under the covers they were worn badly. none of this spoilt our stay.

1. Very comfortable beds ( best sleep ever ). Large room and bathroom with a separate shower, bath, and 2 sinks. 2. Treated my family to dinner in the restaurant, and it was very receivable priced, Michelin style quality. 3. Breakfast was free, with excellent quality products and selection. 4. The swimming pool and gym were very relaxing. 5. Very helpful and friendly staff. 6, WiFi, super fast. 7. Very clean throughout the hotel. 8. Fridge in room. 9. The room was more of a suite with 2 very comfortable arm chairs. 10. The hotel was such a Wow factor, I forgot to take any photos, but you will love it there.

1. Somethings getting old, wear and tear, a little rust in Bath, but acceptable. More good overcome than bad. 2. There were no water bottles in the room, but there was an honesty fridge near reception that you entered your room number for the water for £1 then pay on checkout.

very good breakfast, good selection and choice. The only criticism were of a very poor quality of yoghurts when Cornwall has excellent yoghurts available. Room very comfortable bed, TV is totally in the wrong place in the room. Pool nice clean warm water. Changing rooms need refurbishing. Lounge very comfortable. Excellent evening meals using fresh local produce which was very well cooked.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Good kids menu. Pool was a bit small and could get crowded if a couple of families were there but it was very good and my son loved it. Very clean room and great views. We loved the grounds.

The only down side was it was a little far to walk to Falmouth town. This is a very minor point but we discovered the train station was only a 10 min walk and the train took just 2 mins into town and was very cheap- only £4 return for a family ticket.

The hotel and garden were larger than expected. There was a touch of relaxed elegance with the pleasant patio and very spacious lounge's comfortable seating and pleasant outlook. Reminiscent of former days with a modern touch! A large nicely furnished room which was serviced daily. Attentive staff, very good full English breakfast nicely served, beautifully laid tables (lovely white linen cloths!).
