Breakfast was cooked to order which meant it was hot and fresh, some people were complaining about the wait for food, but the hosts explained at check-in that there would be a wait as the hotel was at capacity. Reasonable breakfast choices given the rate. Room was spacious. Hosts were great and a nice downstairs social space with honesty bar.

Some of the room furnishings were tired and could have been easily fixed, for example badly fitting curtains. It just gave the impression of being a little shabby which is a shame because it was a lovely friendly and homely vibe.

Absolutely faultless stay at the Lerryn. The hotel is in an excellent location close to town (and the beach). We were greeted by a lovely little white dog, the softest dog ever in fact! The room was spacious with brilliant facilities, definitely value for money. Finally a hotel where you can open the windows properly! The shower was fancy with one of those rainfall shower heads. Loads of coffee, biscuits and even a pillow mint in the room! Breakfast was great and the chefs did a perfect job of making my bizarre request of toast and a sausage look bougie!

Hard to fault much. Admittedly I'd had a couple of pints but I found it tricky to unlock the door at night. I think the trick was to pull the door towards you first before turning the key - but I got in eventually. The toilet is also maybe a little close to the shower and you need to sit at a bit of an angle.

Location was brilliant, 2 minutes walk from the coast and a 15min (at my slow pace) walk to Gyllyngvase Beach. I had booked a sea view room which was amazing. The room was lovely with a massive, very comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom with a window that you could open! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. I would like to say a big thank you to the lovely lady (sadly I did not get her name) who worked so hard and so cheerfully in the dining room for 3 out of the 4 days I was there then went on to work in the hotel in general.

The location is good because it's a quiet residential but just a short walk from the town centre, the beaches and Falmouth Town station. Also De Parr Road junction with the A39 away from the town centre. The A39 is the only road out of Falmouth so you can get an easy, stress-free exit as it avoids having to find your way around the centre and possibly getting stuck in traffic. There is a nice sea view standing just outside the premises. The breakfast menu offers a nice slight variation on the traditional full-English, calling it the Llerywn Cornish. I've experienced bigger breakfasts but it's perfectly substantial. I also like anywhere that offers porridge.

Good location (for me), 5 mins walk from the station in one direction and Gylly beach in the other (I even managed to fit in a.pre-breakfast swim). Nice and quiet too -- on a small road with no through traffic and the double-glazing kept out the seagulls' dawn chorus. Good-sized rooms with very comfortable bed, very clean, and good shower.

A very trivial thing: the waitress wasn't on the ball (or didn't communicate well to the kichen). On the first morning, I asked for the Cornish Veggie breakfast but without tomato and the waitress repeated this to me correctly... and yet I got the regular meaty breakfast (albeit without tomato). On the second morning I again asked for veggie without tomato, this time pointing at the menu and repeating the order twice... and I got a veggie breakfast with double tomato. The food was good though!

Everything. Location overlooking the sea Double bed in room was big The room I had was the king size with it's own balcony, Overlooking Falmouth bay. Breakfast choice was excellent The Cornish cooked breakfast lovely. Also a choice for vegetarian and vegans . And if your fond of decent coffee Its a cafetiere type ( It's just a hot drink coffee bores please note) Tea is cornish smugglers. Great start to the day.

This was my second time staying on my own in Falmouth and at the Lerryn. It is such a great space with fantastic light, lovely rooms, delicious breakfast & considerate & friendly staff. Not to mention you are moments from the sea , and the beautiful beach Gylly. My favourite place to stay when visiting Falmouth. Close to everything you need but away from the busyness of a bank holiday weekend. Wouldn’t hesitate.

Upon arrival, the host was very inviting and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable with all of the amenities that you could possibly need. The breakfast provided in the morning was fantastic, with a wonderful selection to choose from and all of it cooked fresh to order using local ingredients. If I am travelling back in the area, I will certainly look to book to stay back here first.

Pet friendly and very welcoming, little extras for dog like a tennis ball, treats and poo bags in addition to providing a bed and a towel for him. Room was beautifully furnished and decorated, linen was crisp and fresh. Bed was amazingly comfortable, had a fantastic nights sleep; breakfast was fabulous and they allowed me to eat it in the guest lounge with my dog rather than in the main breakfast room (where dogs weren't allowed). Dedicated parking and honesty bar was really helpful after a long drive. All in all a little gem.

A few bits and pieces in the communal areas were a little tatty - but did not detract from a genuinely lovely B&B.

I loved the coffee machine in the hotel room. They provided 4 capsules and the coffee was fantastic! They had both the coffee machine and the water boiler for the tea as well as a mint chocolate circle, butter cookies and caramel cookies. The breakfast was also so great! I thought it would be a buffet style breakfast but instead they had a menu where you could choose what you wanted. Although, they did have different cereals, fruit and yogurt on a table if that is all you wanted. The hotel is also right next to the sea so you can take a nice walk or run along the coast. It was such a great stay, I would definitely stay here if I came back to Falmouth.
