Contactless check in was easy and fuss free. We managed to find free parking on the road which was a bonus. The location is excellent. I always sleep with a fan on & there was a super powerful fan which was great. Mattress and pillows were super comfy. Sash window could be opened, which you don't seem to find often now (health and safety gone mad!) so we slept soundly with a lovely fresh breeze coming in - bliss! Toiletries were provided which is always a nice bonus.

Not much not to like here at all, it's a fabulous place to stay in an amazing location. If I were to be super fussy, one of bed side lamps didn't work and there was a bit of dust here and there.

Great location. Breakfast nearby was great. Bathroom could have done with somewhere to hand bath towel and curtains were difficult to draw. Everything else was great. Fridge and microwave not used but an unexpected bonus! I’ll be back…

The room was perfectly clean. The 2 members of staff we came in to contact with were very friendly. Its location is perfect for town and the beach. We had a view of the harbour which for me is perfect but if you don't like hearing a road then book a garden room. The room has everything you need in it. I like the keycode for the main door and room door. The room we stayed in no 14 had and amazing bed thats huge. Plenty of space in the room aswell. Perfectly located for me to be able t9 visit my mum just up the road.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The Grove property was ideal in location, short walk away to train station, shops, bars, restaurants and town. The bedroom was lovely furnished and was always cleaned very well (we put our "please clean room" sign out when we left in the mornings, and when we returned the room was immaculately cleaned. Would definitely return again.

Only the weather!

Fantastic location, cafes, bars, and shops all on doorstep. A great night sleep, a super comfy bed, and quiet. Spotlessly clean and good selection of teas and coffee. Great to have a fridge in the room. Easy check in and access.

Sachets with shower gel and shampoo. Difficult to open and not much in them. A shower gel and shampoo dispenser would be much better. Bath towels are very small. I'm a size 12 and only just went around me and covered everything. Could really do with a decent sized bath sheet.

No breakfast, but restaurants and cafes abound, plus a Tesco express is across the street. Short, easy. walk from the train station. Large sunny room, well equipped bathroom. Plenty of clean dry towels. Helpful landlord and staff. The room was really lovely and excellently located at the quiet end of the major street in Falmouth town.

It is a very convenient location at the one end of the high road. Parking was easy across the street at the municipal lot (£2 from 6pm-9am). The apartment had a comfortable sitting room and a nicely appointed master bedroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds as advertised. I would advise following a GPS route to the Falmouth Town train station (150m away) rather than going directly through the main pedestrian area on the high street.

Location and meal options with the refrigerator and microwave available. Used the electric kettle daily!!

Very minor. Information card said there were business cards to use at restaurants for meal discounts, but I couldn’t find them.

Slight glitch in checking in procedure. All resolved quickly.

The location is very good, very close to the city center and the seaside, and there is a Tesco across the street. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and some toiletries are thoughtfully provided. The staff are very friendly! I had an accident due to personal reasons, and I received their help and warm care, so I feel really grateful to them.
