This is our second stay at Anacapri. All of the staff are so very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and both times we have had a phenomenal sea view which is a stones throw away. I enjoyed going for a morning walk on the beach before breakfast. The breakfasts are great with plenty of choice, served in a lovely dining room overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable and the hotel peaceful despite being full so we enjoyed a good nights sleep. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately the shower in our room wasn't very powerful, not sure if it was because of the time of day when everyone was using the water.

We used the Anacapri as there was a mix-up with our booking at another establishment. I booked easily online and paid online as well. On arrival we were greeted pleasantly and given our room. We were invited to pre-book our included breakfast and return the slip to reception. The accommodation was excellent with small, but welcome touches that made us feel at home. I particularly liked the stuffed rabbit toy just inside our room by the door, while there were other housekeeping touches such as folded ends to the toilet rolls - two plus spares! The cleanliness everywhere was of an exceptionally high standard and we were invited to take chilled tap-water from a fridge opposite reception. All in all an excellent overnight stay. Thank you

I found that the detail required for the pre-ordered breakfast was curious due to my history in hotels and hospitality. Detail included the number of bacon rashers, number of croissants and similar details. Even the time of arrival in the dining room was requested.

We had a room up under the eaves and it was amazing. The window opened out into a small balcony and we could lie in bed and see the sea! We had great weather and the location was stunning. A few minutes walk and we were at the beach. The cafe at the beach serves very yummy food and the view from the cafe is spectacular. Some great coastal walks so close. Car parking was very easy and the breakfasts were good. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is not a fault of the hotel but being right under the roof, we were very close to the seagulls! And they were very loud at night! But also amazing to watch them during the day.

Seemed very cosy. Felt I was with family. Katie and Fiona were lovely. Very welcoming. and always willing to help. The breakfast was just amazing. They were willing to accomodate an earlier breakfast for us as we had to travel back early. It was clean and quiet. The view overlooking the water was amazing. I have added a pic with the vude we woke up to.(beautiful and calming). haf restuarant recommendation posted outside your door and places to go. Will highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again.

The bedspreads were very beautiful. They had some stains not because they were dirty No they were very clean maybe through usage. The stain is a personal thing for me. I did not complain or ask for it to be changed because as I said its just a thing for me but it was clean that is all that mattered. The bathroom was small but it worked for us. It would not work for all as individuals have varying sizes. I will assume there are other rooms that have bigger sized bathrooms.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful from the reception staff through to the breakfast crew. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean. Cooked breakfast was superb. Parking on site a big bonus. The close proximity to the beach was a real surprise as we only booked our two night break four days before.

We had room 7 -the shower cubicle in the bathroom was extremely compact and not much movement on shower head meaning very difficult to ensure temperature was correct without being in the water as nowhere else to stand. We aren’t large people but think some may struggle with the shower size

Hotel was in an excellent location just meters from the beach with a sea view. The room was spacious and felt clean and fresh. The bathroom was a decent size, clean and neat. There were many restaurants in the area within walking distance. Good amount of parking at the hotel. There was a fridge at the reception area which had bottles of cold water to help yourself with tea/ coffee etc., which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Staff were lovely and very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely night at Anacapri. The welcome was great, and we were give clear instructions about what time the front door would be locked, ordering breakfast and picking a time slot for breakfast, where to help ourselves to the tea/coffee/milk supplies etc. When booking the room, from the website pictures, it did look a little 'compact' but the room was spacious and very quite. Breakfast was a mixture of 'help yourself' to cereal, toast, fruit juice etc. If previously ordered, croissants were served with tea/coffee. The cooked element ~ bacon/sausage/hash browns/baked beans/cooked tomato/mushrooms was served freshly prepared on very hot plates. The cereal dispensers, fruit juice and milk jugs were kept well topped up. When plates were empty, they were swiftly removed. I would certainly recommend Anacapri for a stay in Falmouth.

The plates of cooked food were served rather too quickly, whilst we were still eating cereal and croissant. They were taken back to the kitchen to keep hot while we finished the other dishes!

Seafront location with a beautiful outlook and a glimpse of the sea from our room. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff, great service at reception and in the dining room. Breakfast was lovely! Plenty of hot and cold items to choose from, our cooked breakfast was served hot and fresh, with good portion sizes and quality. Room was clean, bathroom spotless. Very quiet when we stayed (February). Easy walk to the town centre, nice beach opposite the hotel. Free parking.

Our room on the top floor was only just warm enough, even with the radiator fully on. However, it had been -3 overnight, so guessing this wouldn't be a problem at other times of the year, and once in bed, we were comfortably warm.

Lovely big rooms, comfortable bed and good quality cotton sheets and towels. Very good value particularly as it includes breakfast which many of the cheap hotels now don’t. The staff were very helpful (sorting out a problem with the room) and friendly and made me feel very at home.

If I’m being picky it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit for breakfast though that maybe different in the summer when it is busier. The croissants were good! The cooked breakfast in the second day had obviously been sitting around for a bit which was a shame as the ingredients are good.

Ideal location for the beach which is a walkable distance. 10 minutes walk to lots of restaurants. Lovely breakfast served with a smile from the very friendly and helpful staff. Reception and bar staff all very welcoming too.

One very slight criticism, and only because I'm OCD , the towels in the bathroom could have been more fluffy and white. They had been clearly bleached and yellowing. Having said that the bathroom was very well equipped with everything one needs, including shower gel and shampoo etc.
