Lovely clean property in a quiet location on the sea front within a few minutes walk to the town centre and a lovely beach 5 minute walk down the road. Our hosts Sharon and Nigel were very warm and welcoming and a lovely breakfast was provided each morning. An additional home made snack was provided each morning to take away which was a nice touch. We also had a great view out across the bay from the top room. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of staying in Falmouth and we will definitely be back in the future.

Everything was fantastic - from the friendly hosts to the incredible location, the lovely room and breakfast. I am notoriously picky about cleanliness (towels, bed sheets, bathrooms etc.) and I was very impressed and felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay. Our room was always stocked with fresh water, treats and tea/coffee and we really enjoyed the high quality cook to order breakfast every morning. I'd also say that Falmouth itself is fabulous. We found it to be a really relaxing and enjoyable break away. Highly recommend Chelsea House.

Everything! Nigel & Sharon were so welcoming & friendly. The place its self was incredible, tastefully decorated & modern. Various places to eat breakfast, we were lucky to have amazing weather so had breakfast outside each morning. The breakfast itself was self was delicious & every day we were given a homemade delicious sweet treat to take with us. ( such a lovey idea) Our room (Bowie) was beautifully decorated with retro 60/70 furnishings, amazing views out to sea & the Castle. Bed was comfy & fab powerful shower. The place its self was in an ideal position for a short stroll to the beach or the town.

From the moment we arrived, the quality of the establishment was clear and customer service was of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble and both Sharon and Nigel go out their way to make your stay exceptional; this is from the quality of each room, to the attention to detail which is outstanding. We were blown away by the personal touch from the bakery offerings each day to the local knowledge of events in that week. Breakfast and the communal areas are second to none. Staff are phenomenal and we would wholeheartedly recommend Chelsea House to anyone looking for that Boutique feel to a stay away from home. We absolutely loved our stay.

Really good menu choice, beautifully presented and top marks for taste. The location was great, and close to the beach and town. The hospitality was second to none, Sharon and Nigel were extremely warm and welcoming. The little homemade daily cookie treats were a very special touch

Because I have a knee problem, the external steps and interior stairs were a bit of a challenge. Also whilst the path looked very very decorative it wasn’t compatible for rolling a suitcase on wheels. Nevertheless, these issues certainly wouldn’t put me off going again

The host was at the entrance and helped us get in. While there was a (working) lock box, it was super sweet to be welcomed by the host. Nigel explained everything about the property and gave us many great insights and suggestions about the property itself and environs, including great restaurant suggestions and tips about the beaches and walks.

What a beautiful house to stay in! Immaculate, so friendly, the most dog friendly place we’ve stayed in with huge considerations made to all who stay here. There is a separate small and cozy building to accommodate us for breakfast with the dog. I love the themed rooms, the honesty bar, the fantastic breakfast and the location. We found it easy to park and loved the sea views. Sharon and Nigel have put extensive work into this well loved house and run the business with obvious love too. The care, communication and attention to detail was appreciated so much. Thank you!

Nothing. This place is fantastic!

We only appreciated how nice Chelsea House is when we were shown our room, Spacious, decorated as if it were our own home, and with sweeping views to the water. Sharon and Nigel were engaging and generous hosts. Always good for a chat at breakfast but otherwise discrete. Easy walk to the main street area. Though parking is not on site, on street parking proved to be very easy. Good wi-fi. If we ever return to Falmouth, we will stay at Chelsea House again.

Being picky, we had a tight shower in a smallish bathroom, but we accept this as the price you pay for having a very spacious room. I would have preferred one firm pillow and one soft pillow but tha's my fault. Should have asked, as it was offered in the information booklet.

Breakfast was fabulous. All freshly cooked, good choice, lovely fresh cut up fruit, pancakes, eggs however you want them, delicious granola, porridge with berries etc Loved the freshly baked treats each day Location good too, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the start of the town.

Would have liked a bath in the room
