Clean.rooms and general areas, spacious accommodation, good parking, WiFi was good at all times and all areas. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Food, we only did breakfast and can say the food was excellent. I had room 20 which was part of the annex adjoining the old Manor House, was spacious and kept exceptionally clean and stocked up with fresh towels and tea, coffee and milk by the staff.

TV in the room was tiny, no excuse in 2025 not to have a reasonable 32-inch plus smart tv in every room. Location, access to Falmouth isn’t as easy as it looks, the first two miles out of the manor hotel towards Falmouth is typical narrow Cornish roads. Taxi is expensive into town and bus service stops 6pm.

Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Very clean! The gardens and view are beautiful and the exterior of the house is gorgeous and unique. The surroundings are very quiet and it's a very peaceful place to relax and spend some time. It's also dog friendly, which is a plus!

Some may say that the interior is slightly dated, but we loved that about it, it felt very nostalgic and it's sad that hotels such as this are becoming a dying breed.

On booking.com it said on the enitial hotel write up that breakfast was included but the hotel when we turned up said it was not?

Hotel.com advert for hotel misleads... When they sent receipt to me by email saying hayloft. Self catering and breakfast not included this came as a surprise...suggest you read their adverts??

Our room slightly on the small side and could have been better lit, but still perfectly acceptable.

The breakfast was excellent, the room very nice and very clean. The location was stunning. The staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Sadly the hotel was empty, very few guests. Consequently we come back 9.30pm one night hoping for a drink on the beautiful veranda, but the bar had already been shut up.

The setting is lovely, views to the sea, framed by nature trees. Very quiet, able to have a break from the urgency of travel

Room was excellent (No.26) as were the views. . Breakfast & dinner meals were well presented, service was good.

Evening meal menu could have had more variety.

On arrival the car park and gardens looked uncared for and could do with a bit of attention but once inside the staff were lovely, the property clean and we had everything that you would expect with a hotel stay

The grounds needed attention as first impressions stick. The car park and garden area looked uncared for. This was at odds with the inside which had a unique feel about it.

Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Scenic location which is good as long as you are prepared to drive everywhere.

Room furniture was functional but basic.

Tranquil and attractive location with pleasant views across rolling landscape to distant sea. Comfortable distance from Falmouth to be adequately close but surrounded by quiet green countryside. Minimal unwanted awareness of other guests. Pleasant well kept facilities within our accommodation, and the main building, and exterior. Plenty of onsite parking.

On arrival there was a significant aroma of rancid grey-water - (maybe a problem with wastepipes from handbasin or shower - my guess). The team made an effort to rectify this but there was an ongoing slight awareness of it. It is hoped the cause and solution will soon be found and applied to avoid inconvenience to future guests.
