We had a evening meal there as we arrived after 4pm, and that was worth every penny, The breakfast was excellent, I liked that the bathroom was a wet room so didn't have to climb over a bath to use the shower. i would recommend this place to anyone going to Wales.

Trying to find channels to watch on the TV was a bit complicated, it was a case of figuring out how to get the channels and then just paging up or down to see what was on. The eggs were a bit over cooked. There weren't any biscuits to go with the complimentary drinks.

Great atmosphere, friendly and very accommodating . Room was a good size & very clean. Food was fantastic - As was the breakfast that was included in our stay. Great place for the price.

The only downfall is the annoying bathroom taps - push ones that are very stiff and noisy & the sound of a fan or washing machine early morning, but that wouldn't put me off staying again . On the whole - fab little place 👌

We had skylights in bedroom and bathroom, not a problem, The decor was fantastic. Very stylish. The nicest we had on our travels. The evening meal was good as was the breakfast

To get to the dining room, we had to leave our room and walk around to the front of the building. We had good weather fortunately. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location, very helpful friendly staff, very clean room, very comfortable beds. Restaurant food was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. Can’t recommend the Fountain Inn highly enough. Recommended.

Loved it, perfect. Nothing to dislike.

The room was clean & tidy and fully met our needs. We arrived during a particularly cold period in early Jan but the hearing was more than adequate. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the day we arrived (Jan 2) however the breakfast was excellent (delicious local produce).

The breakfast was great - everything was really cooked and really nice! Staff so lovely!

The only thing that was a slight problem were the bathroom taps. You had to press down hard to get the water to follow.... It was quite difficult with weak hands.

The bed was not a proper double bed for a luxury room and the choices for breakfast were very poor (little butter already precisely portioned by the kitchen and one little egg). Would've done better a buffet.

I really liked the breakfast and the beer garden in the back was a real highlight. I would also recommend the muscles from the fountain in as they were very good. We stayed for a cricket game and it was very close to the ground so that’s a bonus.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that our room was a too bright and I was woken at 5am because the bathroom is lighten mostly by a skylight. The only other problem was that the nachos weren’t the freshest.

Nice location, the room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good and plenty of options. The staff are very nice and really helpful. There is more than adequate parking.

When booked through Booking.com, it wasn't until confirmation email the kitchen wasn't open on Mondays and Tuesday. This forcing me to seek an evening meal elsewhere.
