Lovely room very spacious.lovely touch for breakfast , cereal/ fresh milk / Welsh cakes / fresh orange juice. Iron/ hairdryer. Loved the chairs to relax in and coffee table perfect if you bring a meal back. Knife and forks here . Fridge brilliant if staying a few days here. Internet good. Lovely shower it's huge. Shampoo soap etc nice touch. Robes lovely touch . Room spotless. Only stayed one night but would definitely return. Beautiful view over Swansea Bay.
If im being picky the balcony is not a balcony you can sit out on just railings by the double doors. We knew no parking but plenty of parking near by.

The room was incredibly spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was nicely decorated with a large bath and large walk in shower. The bed was huge and very comfy! It was incredibly dog friendly, with towels, water bowls and treats easily accessible. There are lots of choices for food within walking distance. We chose 'The Mediterranean', and it was lovely. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
We were incredibly lucky that we could find a space to park on the road just 20 meters away, but I can imagine in the summer, parking could be a bit of an issue.

Large room with sea view as advertised. Very comfortable, plenty of towels, some breakfast items. Clear communication. All in all a very pleasant stay. Mumbles is a nice area and the local restaurants are in easy reach. The dog was made to feel very welcome as well. We'd love to come back at some point.
We did manage to park the car, but on a very nice spring day, parking was not quite as easy as suggested. Of course not Patrick's fault. The drive is steep and there is no lift - luckily we packed light, so this was not an issue for us either.

I really liked: the huge room, bath AND a separate walk in shower, plenty of towels, the cleanliness, the fridge and especially the fresh milk and supplies of yogurt, welsh cakes, butter and jam, cereals, cutlery and crockery. drawers everywhere for storage if you needed it. the thoughtful other extras like wine glass and apples with spare tea bags etc if you needed them on the way into the hall before the rooms. The fact that they left you alone BUT you could call them for anything you needed whilst you where there.
Parking is on the street which isn't a problem most evenings but spaces are limited at weekends, especially with the area having major sea wall work going on taking away some other parking spaces. It is a popular area so just be prepared.

Lovely big room, comfy chairs and a wonderful view. The doors to the Juliette balcony opened right up to give us a beautiful view of the bay. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was big and well equipped with lots of towels. There is a fridge with fresh milk and cereals and snacks. Very close to the front with all the restaurants and shops. Also there was a towel and bowl plus some doggy treats for our dog.
There was no where to get rid of our rubbish or recycling and as we were staying for 4 days, this piled up a bit. We ended taking it down the front to find a bin where we could recycle. Also could have done with a couple of softer pillows.

Everything!!! Everything has been thought of here, beautiful big room, beautiful big comfy bed with cotton linens, fabulous bath and huge shower, lush white towels and robes. Quality toiletries, quality welcome treats and a decent size fridge to keep your food/drinks in. Washing up equipment for your cups and glasses, Lots of little extras to welcome you, things you may need but not have remembered out in the hallway like wine glasses, bottle opener, sewing kit, dog treats and plenty more! Dogs welcome at no extra charge and a basket with blankets and towels for them in the lobby. Fabulous location just across the road from the water, easy walking distance to pier, beaches, bars and town. Everytime I have been here it’s been the same first class stay.

Spacious, comfortable, warm, quiet, clean, studio type accomodation in central location in Mumbles. Easy chairs to sit and enjoy the view with small kitchen area to make coffee, tea, provided the basics for breakfast which we supplemented with fruit. Bath and shower and good towels, bedding and toiletries provided. We were very happy with our accommodation.
We were lucky to find a free parking space nearby, steep drive to approach property and 2 flights of stairs to our room. Not a problem for us but could be for others

We were on a walking holiday, so wanted somewhere on bus routes to/from Swansea and also the Gower. Patrick's was situated just right for us and, after a long day's walking, the proximity of bars and restaurants was great. Loved all the little treats - Welsh cakes tea, milk, etc. Exactly what was needed on arrival. The complimentary breakfast items were also great for walkers - we added some fruit and then we were ready to head off, picking up a couple of pasties on the way. Thank you for the thoughtfulness in providing these.

Excellent location. Room was massive. Bathroom was massive. Lots of tea and coffee available, fresh milk in the fridge, 2 x boxes of breakfast cereal if you wanted it, a packet of Welsh cakes with butter and Jam and 2 x bottles of orange juice along with a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival. It was so hot when we arrived the cold water was a god send. Lots of towels and toiletries provided along with bath robes. A nice seating area with 2 x chairs and a coffee table and lovely views out of the French doors. Very private area just off the main road.
One minor issue was we couldn’t get the small shower attachment to work which my partner wanted to use save getting her hair wet 🙈🤣.

Location is amazing. The room is big, comfy with fabulous views. Huge bed. Big bathroom with a lovely, big bath plus a big shower. Lovely breakfast items in little kitchen area. Loads of coffee, tea and milk. Extra coffee, hot choc, tea, etc left for guests on landing area with a few apples... Litre of water in fridge and milk. Room designed to maximise space with wardrobe area out of sight in space of its own, so room for a chair and two seater sofa from which to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
Not good for disabled travellers. Can't park on site and no guarantee of parking nearby; but, if you're lucky there are spaces to be had. You can drop off and unload car outside premises. No assisted access to upper floors.
