Staff were excellent. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the hotels history. Good food, lovely relaxed bar area, and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and well laid out. Balcony bath tub was great, too. Good room facilities and well equipt.
Lighting and plugs were not well thought out. There are no plugs by bed and no lights near the mirrors to get ready with.

This is a charming boutique hotel which is a tastefully renovated former brewery. It is so well located within a few minutes walk of the stunning Thames waterfront & towpath, restaurants & shops. It had its own underground guest car park. We were warmly welcomed & all the staff are keen that the hotel guests feel relaxed. We stayed in Ravenswood which was a huge, room with stand alone bath & largest walk in shower I've ever seen. With L'Occitane toiletries, super comfy king bed, tea & coffee maker the room is luxurious. They already had provided an extra fan to cope with the heatwave. Breakfast was delicious; buffet & table service with a French touch.
Nothing.

Amazing location. A very short walk to the Henley Festival, riverboats, and restaurants. Great bar on site with impressive and reasonably priced wine flights and cocktails selection. Very nice restaurant on site. Very cozy and comfortable outdoor sitting area serving food and drinks. With sun umbrellas for hot days, outdoor fireplace for colder weather. Very well maintained shrubs and flowers add to a feel of “a secret garden”. L'Occitane in room bathroom. Good selection of tea and coffee in room. Enough glassware, mini fridge, bathrobes, slippers, etc. - all you can expect, and more.
Breaskast untill 11am instead of 10am would be great.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location in the heart of Henley, lovely relaxing bar area, very friendly staff. Our room was beautiful, with a massive comfortable bed, big free standing bath, large shower and lots of other amenities like bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee & hot chocolate (we don't drink tea/coffee & hotel rooms very rarely provide hot chocolate), biscuits, iron & ironing board, bottle opener, etc. Free secure parking.
The only negative was that they allow dogs to stay, which is fine if they're well behaved. There was a dog in the room next to us who was barking all night long which disturbed our sleep. When we told the lovely lady at reception she apologised and said these owners have been told a number of times not to leave the dog in the room unattended but they keep doing it. We were offered a free upgrade on our next stay but I don't understand why these guests keep being allowed to stay with their noisy dog & disrupting other guests sleep?

Great location in the centre of Henley, and with the added bonus of secure parking, although spaces are tight in the underground. Breakfast was decent and the room we had was a good size. We had dogs with us also and each was given a dog bed and water bowl which was a nice addition. Very comfortable stay. WiFi was great too and telly had Chromecast which we enjoyed using to watch Netflix and YouTube.
The windows could not open as the room was on the ground floor, so we could not have fresh air. when we checked in, we found a damp towel hanging on the shower taps which we thought was overlooked by the housekeeping. One of the dog pads was also soiled, which should have been spotted.

We were called ahead of our stay to ask if we would be okay with the stairs up to our booked room. After discussion we took a room on the floor below and were offered free breakfast to adjust for the price difference. The room we had was spacious, a cot was set up for us following a request. Room service was speedy. Staff at dinner and breakfast were wonderful with us and our 2 year old. Solid menu which catered for many.
I did ask one of the reception staff if any of the large boat tours were running during the time we were here and they said ‘I couldn’t tell you’ and advised us to check at the boat stand. I had tried to look up the information beforehand but wasn’t sure.

Beautiful and stylish
Parking is even more restricted than usual currently . We had to evacuate at 3am which I’m sure wasn’t the hotels fault but this was not even commented on at check out! Also, a double hit of a drinks service charge plus a food service charge onto the dinner bill when a DB&B package in a top standard room had been booked seemed rather money grabbing and was rather a spoiler on the experience. We also found a previous guests wine bottle cork in the room which made me wonder re cleanliness. A shame as this was a big anniversary treat having got married there previously.

Very friendly staff, nice bathroom with excellent rain shower and freestanding bath, luxurious toiletries etc. Nice bed as well. Sumptuous breakfast. When my scallop starter was not as I expected during dinner, they took it away and replaced it with freshly fried new ones even tho I had not read the description right. Can't fault the service. Good choice of drinks too.
We received an offer for upgrade 3 days before arrival, took it but only found out at check-in it was not available. Would have been better to hear at check-in about upgrade offers if available.

Fabulous food, especially breakfasts Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff, keen to resolve any concerns or complaints Quirky and interesting buildings Wonderfully comfortable bed Good location
No lift to upper floors, multiple staircases bit difficult for older guests with luggage Windows in classic double room designed not to be opened. Overheated room with faulty cooling system (rectified promptly, however). Felt quite claustrophobic knowing window could not be opened for air.

I was traveling with my sister in law. We had 2 single beds. They were so comfortable! The bathroom is quite large with a full tub and walk in shower. The room itself had great space and ample storage in the closet. We stayed midweek and it was really quiet at night, which was lovely! You are right on the center of town which is so handy! The building was gorgeous with a lovely courtyard to sit in, a beautiful bar area, and the restaurant looked lovely too, although we didn’t dine there during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
There’s no lift to the bedrooms, just FYI. We had a lot of luggage and we were on the 2nd floor so this was a challenge! In fairness, the staff offered assistance a few times but we were stubborn ;)
