Location was excellent, balcony was an unexpected bonus, well stocked with soap, moisturiser, kitchen towel etc, bed very comfortable, excellent bathroom, staff friendly.

Parts of the kitchen could have been cleaner, dining furniture a bit tired, bannister was sticky. Despite being told to park in designated areas and plenty of 'no parking' signs, many other residents ignored this and parked in the loading areas which we had to look at from our balcony. No spaces available in restaurant on two of our three nights and closed on the third which was disappointing.

Fantastic location, we had 4 cottages all were clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great to have a washing machine, dishwasher & tumble dryer. The pool, mini golf and park were great for our group (including 7 children) Plenty to do in the local area. Staff friendly and helpful.

The pool was pretty cold and the jacuzzi wasn't working during our stay which was dissapointing. The showers were a little temperamental, sometimes scalding which isn't ideal especially if children were using it. We only used the restaurant once but were dissapointed with the food. the courtyard restaurant across the road and the fisherman's Inn were great though.

Location and fortress design is amazing, cottage had everything we needed, staff explained everything well and professionally.

9 pounds per night for electric is pretty steep, especially since we were not inside much. It would be better to reflect this the price instead of having an additional thing to pay for. We weren't informed prior, to the 100 deposit and we hadn't lifted our bank cards so that was a bit of a hassle.

The Kenmore Club boasts a fantastic location, offering stunning views of Loch Tay and the surrounding mountains. The facilities are quite impressive, featuring a swimming pool, sauna, small gym, children's play area, and a peaceful seating area with picturesque views. Additionally, there are outdoor activities available, including tennis, table tennis, and mini golf. Conveniently, Kenmore Club is located just across the road from the Taymouth Courtyard Shop, which is also home to a bar and restaurant. While we didn't dine at the restaurant, we did visit the shop, which we found to be a bit pricey, as expected given the location. We stayed in a one-bedroom cottage that was clean and spacious, complete with a small private parking space outside. The cottage was well-equipped, featuring a fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with built-in dryer, and a TV. It also included essential pots, pans, and utensils for basic cooking, sufficient for preparing a few meals and a cooked breakfast. If you enjoy cooking, it might be wise to bring your own kitchen knives, as the ones provided were somewhat blunt. Each room had heaters to keep the accommodation cozy. For entertainment, the TV comes with built-in Freeview and the option to connect and cast from a device. We successfully set up Disney for casting from a MacBook using Google Chrome. If you’re not comfortable with that, bringing an HDMI cable to connect your device directly is a good alternative. You'll find complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper provided, along with dish soap and dishcloths. An iron, ironing board, and clothes horse are also available, allowing you to dry and iron on the go. Our accomodation also had a heated cupboard at the entrance where you could store raincoats and shoes. This was a nice touch.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but the accommodation could benefit from a few enhancements. There were several areas where the paint was beginning to peel from the walls, and a number of cobwebs that seemed to have been neglected for some time. Additionally, the swimming pool would greatly benefit from better lighting. Despite the stunning views of the loch through the large windows, the pool tends to feel quite dark when the sky is overcast. None of this impacted greatly on our stay but these would be things that could easily be improved by Kenmore Club.

Booked the Kenmore Club mostly as a last minute place to stay with some family who were visiting from France and who we were taking on a brief tour of the Highlands. On arrival we were thrilled to have our very own private 2 storey lodge with cosy bedrooms and a spacious family area including dining area, kitchen, sitting room all in an open plan. The balcony was lovely also, and with two bathrooms (en-suite for the master bedroom), we found we had more than enough space to stay comfortably (we were only three). The lodge was warm, cosy and quiet - and the facilities inside left nothing to be desired. The location itself was lovely, situated more or less on the Loch. We only stayed one night but would love to come back again, knowing now that such lovely accomodation is available here.

Admittedly it's been about a month since our stay now but I can't recall anything negative. We loved our stay.

Apartment no. 49 was just perfect, as it was all on the same level upstairs and had a beautiful lounge with great views of the hills and loch Tay. The kitchen area was very well set out and the bedroom nice and big, plus a separate shower in one of the bathrooms. This was great as I have problems getting into a bath due to my oesteoarthritis. It was such a lovely place to stay that I didn’t want to leave. Waterfront restaurant was superb too and great views from our table at the window. First class stay. Will hopefully be back next year.

Beautiful location on Loch Tay. Very clean and well appointed cottage. The kids absolutely loved the pool and also enjoyed the putting green down by the water. The price was reasonable because it was mid-season (Oct school holidays) - might be a bit pricey for us during high season, but I think the cost reflects the 24 hour reception and maintenance of the facilities.

Unfortunately the restaurant had closed for the season a couple of weeks before arrival. There were no linens for making up the pull-out sofa at the cottage but that was quickly remedied after a call to reception.

Very spacious, spotless, warm, well equiped. Super comfortable bed! Cosy. Ensuite, plus a bathroom. Loved the accomodation. Lovely view from lounge window. We were here for an overnight stay. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

The steep stairwell from entrance. My 91yr old partner struggled and needed his inhaler. From the map of site, it suggested we were allocated a ground floor unit, but, it was 1st floor. Once in, we stayed put. It would be helpful to have more detail regarding disability units on Booking.Com and Kenmore Club website. A lack of milk, as we arrived on a Sunday, after local amenities had closed. I appreciate these units are self catering, 3 tiny packs of milk were not enough for 2 people. I would recommend one checks at reception. I certainly recommend despite the above.

The apartment was so big than I expected. It was also very clean including bedding and bathrooms. Beds were so comfortable and the master bedroom was huge also. The kitchen surprised me as it was so clean and it had everything we needed in terms of utensils, plates, roasting dishes to a coffee maker. We didn’t need to buy anything for the kitchen apart from our food

Getting a heads up on directions, as the shorter way was so icy and we saw the sign that said “ during winter or snow days uphill will be icy so use alternative routes “, it wasn’t snowing and wasn’t that cold, so we thought maybe further ahead was where the issue was but no we had to make a u-turn and joined the other longer route. If the hotel could send a heads up or directions to guests that would be helpful
