Lovely room, modern and immaculate. Location is ideal on the main street of Pitlochry, but slightly removed from the busy centre. So much to see and do all within a local distance. Breakfast was excellent, and I have to commend the staff who work hard to provide an excellent service.

Not much to be honest. We had a fantastic stay.

Bedroom was very roomy, lots of plug points, USB sockets, kettle and tea /coffee supplies, hairdryer and large TV on the wall. Huge shower cubicle with soap and shower gel, also a cute vanity kit. Bottle of water with glasses on a small table with two very comfy chairs. Very large super king size bed as well.

Buffet breakfast - had all the usual options, juice, toast, coffee, tea, and other coffee drink's from a machine, cereal, cold meats and yogurt. Hot selection was in the metal containers, which I found kept the food- i.e bacon , sausage, hash browns etc, lukewarm. This was the only issue I found during my stay.

What a little gem of a place, fab location within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The room was immaculate. Little touches in the room made such an impact on our stay. ie: large smart tv, usb sockets, an illuminated LED touch mirror in bathroom. Breakfast was out of this world. Such a fantastic selection to choose from. Fresh fruit, cereals, continental with meats, cheeses, pastries. Cooked breakfast was amazing, buffet style with a fab selection, freshly made and hot. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return...Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10+

Westlands is excellently positioned just a few minutes away from the shops and pubs. It sits just on the edge of the town but retains a rural feel. The gardens are well maintained and the evening lights make the hotel look quite magical when the sun goes down. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The bedroom was recently renovated, clean and modernly furnished. The bathroom was large and very accessible with a walk in shower (water pressure not great).

The bed was too hard and would benefit from a mattress topper.

We were upgraded to a family room on arrival and the room was absolutely Superb. the bed was so comfy, the fittings were First Class, the walk in shower was Excellent with big fluffy towels, and everything was Spotless Clean. The heating was on for us arriving and everything was so cosy. We never heard a thing all night even though we were on the ground floor. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was superb. I asked for Gluten Free options and the waitress explained everything and returned with my plate in no time. First Class Service

There was nothing not to like.

Property was clean. Room was spacious with comfortable beds, good storage and bathroom was clean. Room had a good TV with access to apps like prime and Netflix. WiFi was easy to access and seemed to work well. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of hot and cold options. It got very busy sometimes meaning for one morning we were placed in the small lounge with people queued around us whilst we ate. This was not the fault of the hotel or staff. Everyone just arrived for breakfast at the same time. You can get drinks in a small lounge which seemed reasonably priced but we tended to use local pubs with one being only 2 minutes on foot.

For me it’s was pricey at over £200 per night for bed and breakfast. But the area as a whole tends to be.

On the edge of pitlochry, plenty of off road parking and charging points. The hotel from the outside looks nothing special. Inside the rooms were fantastic, well maintained, clean (spotless) and comfortable. Check in was simple and quick as was checkout. ( everthing was simple but effective). Breakfast was superb , buffet, choice of juice, cereal and cooked buffet selection, two coffee machines ( no waiting). Staff were friendly and helpful. Someone has thought about this place when setting it up, it's efficient, comfortable and good value. We will be back.

For me, nothing.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly, polite and courteous from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a larger room which was spotless clean and finished to a very high standard. I was expecting B&B but the Westlands was definitely hotel quality so it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was really busy but the gentleman still found time to move us to a better table near the window which was really appreciated and they didn't need to do, given everything else they were juggling. I was really impressed and the food was gorgeous. The grounds are really well kept and look beautiful at night with the twinkly lights. We were able to leave the car for a few hrs after checkout which was an added bonus.

My pillow was a little lumpy but understand pillows are a very personal preference and normally I take my own.

The Staff were friendly and helpful, providing local information and recommending places to visit and to eat. The breakfast was excellent with a 'Full Breakfast' buffet option which was too tempting to pass most mornings. There was plenty of other options should you decide on a different choice......I managed that twice in 5 mornings, the rest was the buffet! My room was excellent with a fantastic view from the window looking out towards the hills, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern with everything that was required. Will be staying again and look forward to returning.

The only negative which is through no fault of the owners is the lack of evening meals, there appears to be a shortage of staff to facilitate this at many of the hotels. They do recommend a restaurant which you can call free of charge from the room to book a table. I used this as an opportunity to walk about Pitlochry and get out of the room before returning to study more.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely and warm due to central heating, bed was VERY comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Room was very quiet with no road or other guest noise. Filtered water station in the hallway was great too. Buffet breakfast in the morning had a lot of hot and cold options and was great quality. Plenty of car parking on the property. Hotel recommendation of The Bridge restaurant for dinner was great and the food and drinks there were fantastic, a lovely walk through town from the accommodation. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommended to our family and friends.
