My partner and I loved everything about our stay here. Our host John was accommodating and helpful from the minute we stepped through the door. We were treated not like guests but like family. We felt welcomed. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We both had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was terrific. The porridge was beautifully cooked. There was an array of different breakfast items, from cereals, breads, croissants, fruit, yoghurts, eggs, you name it, it was there. Coffee and tea a plenty. Nothing was too much for John. When we left John walked us both to the car, carrying my bag, such a gentleman, and we said our goodbyes. We would definitely stay here again as it’s so central for everything you might want to see or do. Thank you John for making us feel so settled in your abode. Both my friend and I really enjoyed our stay, the owner John was an absolute gentleman, nothing was any trouble to him, the room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you needed, located centrally and lovely views, the breakfast was continental exceptional and tasty, overall excellent stay look forward to returning.

The only issue was the stairs, my friend struggled a bit but for future stays we can request the ground floor room, other than that no complaints.

John the host was so personable and friendly with a great sense of humour, he made our trip so much fun🙂. We arrived 2 hours before check in time and he allowed us to park our car and settle in. The continental breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices👍. We will definitely return and would recommend. A five minute walk from the centre of Pitlochry, perfect location.

We couldn't fault it, we had the best stay and cant wait to return, mostly due to John who couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and fun👍

This is an excellent b&b. Very comfortable homely rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV, wifi - and all very clean. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Right in the heart of Pitlochry so easy access to town on foot - and wider transport links to other places. Hosts were exceptional - very welcoming and John is a very entertaining conversationalist.

Handy for local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh, great choices. Fruit juice, cereals, porridge, yogurts, fresh fruit, oatcakes. Was offered boiled eggs or croissants and pain au chocolate. There was a homemade apple torte too. Maps available to borrow, and a shoe rack for mucky boots. Photo is our room view

The host is such a kind and funny person. He worries about your stay, makes sure you get all the information you need and tells you about all the stuff you can do. Like the hikes or the sights you can go see. We even got some complimentary rosé brought to our room just because ot ws such a wonderfully nice evening out in Pitlochery Scotland. The room was nice and clean, so was the bathroom. The breakfast came with the entertainement of the host himself. We saw that he has had many dutch visitors. We got why.

The continental breakfast was first class. Location was ideal but one side of the access road only had a full pavement. Caused a wee problem with partner who had mobility problems. John, the host, was most helpful to make sure our short visit was enjoyable and safe within his premises.

The owner was absolutely lovely. He and his wife provided an exceptionally clean and welcoming room and breakfast. Plus, information was given about a lovely walk/trail and two great restaurants. For breakfast, they had very healthy items including homemade porridge, fruits and cheeses.

There was nothing to dislike.

The owner is a great guy with a sense of humor and going a way to help - e.g. accommodating a special dietary request for breakfast. The room is equipped with a kettle and a fridge, which was very handy. There's a parking space. Internet was good. Breakfast - excellent and varied.

We did not use it much, but probably a bigger and higher located TV screen - a plan for the future. not really an issue, as Pitlochry and its vicinity has enough to offer to keep you busy :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely B&B. It is very well located, the owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and our room was lovely. We felt comfortable and at home here. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was a ray of sunshine in the morning! What a lovely man! We cannot recommend the Well House enough, and look forward to returning the next time we visit Pitlochry.
