Lovely pool and steam room, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to return 😊

Nothing to complain about except the weather 😂

Staff very welcoming, courteous and informative. Room was spotless and big enough with a lovely shower. Kettle with tea coffee options and a coffee machine with pods provided. Hairdryer provided too and was a good strong type. Room was warm but, the weather was unusually hot and there was a fan in the room which helped. Beautiful pool area with jacuzzi and loungers around the pool also the option for some spa treatments if desired at a cost of course. Breakfast choice excellent with, tea and coffee, several juices and cold milk also oat etc available. Choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses with breads. Hot breakfast too, the usual, sausages, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, bacon, fried, boiled and scrambled eggs oh and toast. Lots of sauces and spreads. Not sure if vegan options were available but didn't enquire. Location perfect, just off the main road. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open when there but were given a 10% off voucher for another place called, 'The Coach house'. We didn't use as too late! Seems most places stop serving at 9pm.

Excellent facilities in the hotel and a great location .the breakfast was amazing with great customer service.

Rooms were a little cramped and could be doing with an update, not the best shower

The pool and steam room was great after a days walking. The breakfast spread was very good, well presented and cooked, however minimal options. The proximity to the Main Street and shops is excellent. If travelling by train or bus the hotel is very close to public transport.Plenty of parking on site. WiFi was excellent.

There was some building works going on that we were not told about at the time of booking however the work started and stopped at reasonable times and did not disturb our stay too much. Our room on the 3rd floor had lie ins and you had to be careful passing the bed. The shower tray needs re sealing around the base as it was discoloured. We used the showers in the pool area generally.

The hotel’s central location in Pitlochry meant fun local strolls before we left. For anyone looking for a quick, rejuvenating break, this is a brilliant choice—compact, welcoming, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a speedy spa escape!

We were a large family group . The staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs We had a reservation for dinner for 16 adults. The food was excellent and was served by the very cheerful staff.

Great location, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, well equipped and modern room (twin bed on 3rd floor). Great breakfast selection. Swimming pool was clean and warm.

While there is decent size carpark we almost didn't get a space and it was difficult to manouver in some parts. It would be good to get advance notice on alternative parking options in case of full car park.. Keys for lockers in swimming pool changing rooms (female) mostly did not have wristbands which caused me a bit of inconvenience (I was afraid I might drop it into any of the many drains around the pool). Stam room was out of order which was disappointing.

Location to town excellent. Arrived earlier than planned and were allowed to park our car, and were informed that although room was not quite ready, we were able to use the facilities, which was much appreciated. We were able to access our room earlier than expected. Breakfast on a time booked basis which we liked and was very civilised. Fresh , plentiful breakfast buffet with cooked and cold options. Excellent start to the day. Our ‘attic’ room, on level 3, was small but clean and quiet. Lovely modern shower room, with really lovely, Hebridean Seaweed, toiletries. Sensor touch heated, and light up mirror. Loved that. Plentiful tea & coffee tray with biscuits also. Exceeded expectations.

Room was quite spacious for a single and had a good view. It was well decorated and clean. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive and very good. The location in the town centre is excellent. I have stayed there before, partly for that reason.

My only dislike during my stay was that the cold water tap in room 106 bathroom was almost inoperative and I could only get a tiny trickle of cold water from it. I didn't report this but perhaps should have done. It needs rectifying. Also, the toilet roll holder is about to fall off the wall.
