Lovely pool and steam room, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to return 😊

The breakfast buffet was excellent - so many delicious choices. It had the best continental breakfast choices I have ever experienced in a British hotel. Plus the staff were all very friendly & helpful which is particularly enjoyable when you are travelling alone. Plus my room was very quiet and there were delicious biscuits supplied on the tea/coffee tray which were most appreciated. Loved the swimming pool too.

My room was quite neat in size but perfectly adequate. A little more space would have been nice. What I did was read my book in one of the lounge areas downstairs where there was more light, comfortable chairs and a nice atmosphere rather than reading in my room.

Breakfast - very good. Excellent choice. All very tasty except the fruit juice. Staff could have cleared used plates from tables more quickly. Excellent service from shuttle bus driver. Nice swimming pool - compact but pleasant. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Nice spacious reception/ lounge area.

Lockers in changing room at swimming pool - rather old & some keys have lost their bracelet. Shower head in bedroom ensuite - didn’t stay up. It would have been good to have some heat in the towel rail in bathroom, to dry towels. Outdoor tables needed clearing of glasses etc more regularly.

Staff very welcoming, courteous and informative. Room was spotless and big enough with a lovely shower. Kettle with tea coffee options and a coffee machine with pods provided. Hairdryer provided too and was a good strong type. Room was warm but, the weather was unusually hot and there was a fan in the room which helped. Beautiful pool area with jacuzzi and loungers around the pool also the option for some spa treatments if desired at a cost of course. Breakfast choice excellent with, tea and coffee, several juices and cold milk also oat etc available. Choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses with breads. Hot breakfast too, the usual, sausages, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, bacon, fried, boiled and scrambled eggs oh and toast. Lots of sauces and spreads. Not sure if vegan options were available but didn't enquire. Location perfect, just off the main road. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open when there but were given a 10% off voucher for another place called, 'The Coach house'. We didn't use as too late! Seems most places stop serving at 9pm.

What a hidden gem! The staff were incredible! We had an early check in and they found us a room to get ready for an event we were attending. Not only that, but when my daughter accidentally broke the entire bottle of prosecco we were taking as a gift, the staff were so incredibly helpful and sympathetic and replaced the bottle from their bar. We used the pool in the morning which was a real bonus, and I really wish I'd booked some treatments as well as the spa seemed so tranquil and beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly generous and amazing - something for everyone. I can't recommend the hotel enough. For the price you pay it is incredibly well positioned, clean, comfortable and has some fabulous facilities.

The corridor leading to our room probably needs a bit of a spruce up, but the rooms themselves were fabulous. Beds comfortable, facilities in the room brilliant, and overall a great place.

Lovely family room with the bonus of the loo and sink being separate from the room with the shower and sink. Pool area was lovely and clean. Reception was really efficient and friendly and the bar well stocked and always open. Breakfast was really good - and they went out of their way to make dairy free scrambled eggs for my niece. Fabulous location in beautiful Pitlochry.

The corridors are a bit soulless and the layout is very confusing. It should have been made clearer on the website that lunch and evening meals aren't served. That having been said, we ate very well in a local restaurant.

The hotel was full of guests but did not feel really busy or crowded - our stay was pleasant, quiet and not rushed. Staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. The "cozy double" room was clean and comfortable, although the decor was a little dated in communal areas, this did not detract from our stay. Location was good, parking excellent. Loved the pool and jacuzzi.

I requested a vegan breakfast, and although there was soya/oat milk available and there were vegan options on the buffet, the cooked breakfast was a little limited - no veggie sausages etc. If I had known, we probably would have opted not to pay for breakfast at the hotel but instead try somewhere else local. No matter, just sharing for information for others.

Excellent facilities in the hotel and a great location .the breakfast was amazing with great customer service.

The pool and steam room was great after a days walking. The breakfast spread was very good, well presented and cooked, however minimal options. The proximity to the Main Street and shops is excellent. If travelling by train or bus the hotel is very close to public transport.Plenty of parking on site. WiFi was excellent.

There was some building works going on that we were not told about at the time of booking however the work started and stopped at reasonable times and did not disturb our stay too much. Our room on the 3rd floor had lie ins and you had to be careful passing the bed. The shower tray needs re sealing around the base as it was discoloured. We used the showers in the pool area generally.

We stayed just one night and it felt like a refreshing mini-getaway. The spa facilities were lovely, particularly the indoor pool and sauna, and the massage was incredibly soothing. Our room was clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed after a day of relaxation. Breakfast topping it all off was hearty and well-prepared, with friendly service that made us feel cared for. The hotel’s central location in Pitlochry meant fun local strolls before we left. For anyone looking for a quick, rejuvenating break, this is a brilliant choice—compact, welcoming, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for a speedy spa escape!
