The location was magnificent. The service was excellent and friendly. The breakfasts were large and very generous. The entire building was tastefully decorated and very attractive.

The shower in an otherwise lovely bathroom was faulty, difficult to switch on and off and there was no rail to assist in climbing in to a very high bath. We were fine but anyone with arthritis would have difficulty coping.

Set in an absolutely stunning location, this is a small, exquisite inn. We stayed 3 nights. It's on a small road which has local traffic, and Pitlochry is 20 minutes' drive away. Convenient for Blair horse trails, but with the added advantage that there are other places to visit in this direction. Breakfasts were delicious, dinner was delicious and imaginative menu, wine list was very good. We had a lovely room, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and a breathtaking view. Perfect for our needs. All the staff we met were charming and accommodating, service was excellent. Thank you!

Fabulous location. Wonderful friendly welcome - staff incredibly attentive. Room was clean and comfortable but so many little touches made our stay so special - the Scottish tablet, the whisky in the room… we just loved our stay. Food was excellent. We would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The room was very cozy and comfortable, whisky upon arrival. The bed was great. Dinner was expensive but very good and tasty. Make sure you reserve a table. Breakfast with a view to finish our stay. Ps: if you like blues, the playlist during dinner is awesome.

The wine was ok-ish and expensive. Not completely in sync.

The property and location were just stunning. Don’t even get me started on the restaurant!! 10/10! I’ll be back to Scotland just to eat and stay for longer at the Inn at Loch Tummel.

Some of the rooms need a bit more updating, but ours was lovely.

Location superb, check in very friendly and helpful, looked after attentively and all food ie dinner and breakfast excellent. Beautifully quiet bedroom...much appreciated. We look forward to another visit....and for longer.

The drive is a bit long but well worth it.

A small detour West of the A9 on a classy driving road, the Inn is in a superb location overlooking the loch. Garden out front for the full scene, nice local beers, and a tasty, tasty menu. Food in the evening and the breakfast were both excellent. Very comfortable, beautfully quiet. Go immediately

Great hosts and staff in a magical location. The inn is a throwback to the past but with all the modern features. Comfortable beds and warm rooms. Great hospitality. There was a relaxed mood in the rooms and unfamiliar guests happily chatting discussing their travels.

As early risers and day trippers, we are accustomed to early breakfast but the dining room didn't open to 8.30am (weve learnt this is the custom in Scotland)

I thought that the food, especially breakfast was a little expensive but I didn’t mind because it was all lovely.
