Swimming pool, jacuzzi. Room, clean,large space, bottle of water and ice bucket nice touch. Staff all friendly and polite. Nice little seating area decorated in a traditional era opposite bar very cosy.

Music in coach house restaurant not appropriate for the ambience for a relaxing meal. Rap music! Also no specific glutenfree choices for dinner or dessert. Breakfast area very noisy, staff keen to clear away and set up tables, with alot of clatter of plates and cutlery whilst guests eating nearby.

Roe Park Resort is an exceptional place with exceptional staff. The room was spacious with extremely comfy beds and everything you need. The food served in "The Coach House" was delicious with a great variety on the menu. The pool was excellent, yes maybe a little smaller than some other hotels, but we weren't training for an Olympic swim and were just there for leisure, so it suited us perfectly. The water temperature is a little cooler in the mornings, so if you like a warm swim you might prefer going in the evening. The spa treatment I had was wonderfu,l and the staff were very attentive. We will definitely return. Thank you to the staff for all your help.

We had s lovely evening meal followed by a fulfilling breakfast the next day. Staff friendly and food was nice the breakfast had alot more choice than before.

The pool area and sauna, jacuzzi could do with an update. Unfortunately couldn’t have any treatments as no staff were in that day, however the lovely lady at the reception said I could avail of the Mud Rasual and I did my first time ever and it didn’t disappoint. Would recommend this treatment.

fab breakfast with lots of choice, lovely helpful staff - we had a problem with our wc and they came straight away to look at it and when they found it wasn't a quick fix they moved/upgraded us to a very lovely much larger room/suite. carvery lunch on the sunday was excellent and such a good price. the spa was excellent with lovely attentive staff, all in all a fab place to stay, highly recommend

there was nothing not to like

We enjoyed a lovely meal in the Coachouse on the evening we arrived and a very substantial breakfast the following morning. The room was a good size and overall the hotel cleanliness was very good.

The bathroom had a shower over the bath rather than a walk in shower. As I have some mobility problems a shower over the bath is not ideal for me.

Everything except the cooker

Couldn't work the hob/grill/ oven. Followed all the instructions, both tried. Baffling! We could have called the number for help but we were in a rush and had to get to a wedding. Haven't marked down for that. The only reason not full marks for staff is that you don't need to see any so difficult to mark. Way better than expected overall. Highly Recommended.

Excellent facilities. Great entertainment in summer for kids in evening time between music, cinema nights etc in. Pool very family friendly. Very clean and spacious hotel. Room was perfect. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good choice.

Minor thing but bar doesn't provide any snacks or meals other than crisps, apart from restaurant above golf club can't get anything else.

Lovely room, good size, requested an iron and was at my door in minutes. Dinner was beautiful, the taste was exquisite and meat was melt in your mouth. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We really had the best time. Unfortunately we did not make breakfast as we were that relaxed we slept in lol. The Spa facility was amazing, definitely worth the price.

Nothing I didn't like. Just thought the pool was a little smaller than I imagined it would be.

Good location, great food, live music in bar

Have to mark down the staff because of 1 member, Charlotte I believe, served a few times in the bar and has to be the worst service I have received in years, no smile, rolling her eyes, no thank yous etc had to bite my tongue from saying something. Rest of the staff amazing

Could have done with a bit of music very quiet in the bar area ,also bed was very uncomfortable didn't sleep well at all and tv channels were very limited in what u could watch also our room was by the golf course someone was out cutting the lawn after 7 in the morning
