The set up is absolutely beautiful. Each lodge is meticulously clean & contains a range of facilities. Outdoor play area for children was great. The best part for us was breakfast. The cutest basket filled with fresh scones, pastries, juice etc. was delivered to our cabin the following morning. I highly recommend visiting this beayfoful place.

The location was out of the way- ideal for real campers, perhaps less ideal for newbies to the glamping scene. There was nowhere to go for a walk, so unless you intend to spend your stay in the hot-tub or are prepared to travel, this could be an issue.

Kintala was the perfect escape from reality we didn’t know we needed. From the location to the views and cabin everything was perfect we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more.

The only fault I would give is the price of breakfast that the property offered. £10 per person for a small basket of store bought goods in hindsight we’d wait for check out to go and get a fry up but hunger got the better of us this time.

Amazing time in kintala again. Staff are so lovely and so friendly. We love it here! Also if you are staying, please go to Murphy’s pub in Main Street dungiven! Great pub, so accommodating, great staff and atmosphere. Definitely recommend this pub.

It had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, tranquil night away.

The only downside was the hot tub, this one couple were in it for the whole duration of our stay (nothing you can do about that) but we felt a bit uncomfortable as they had food and drinks surrounding the whole area so we didn’t bother trying to use it

Very accommodating we weren’t pleased when we realised the bar wasn’t open due to renovations as we have stayed twice before and like to spend time in there with friends m. Kintala was very accommodating with letting us use the BBQ hut. Nice touches and upgrades since last time.

Weren’t informed about the bar not being in use as we are customers who have been a few times before and always use the bar other than that everything else was great.

Really enjoyed the stay . It was in the perfect setting and everything was perfect. Stayed in beautiful Butternut Bridge chalet right beside the river. Stunning. Very clean and very comfortable 👌

I had booked for a bottle of bubbly to be in the pod gor our anniversary.. cost me £15 for a £5 bottle of bubbly that was not even chilled... i would have preferred it to be left in ice and feel £15 is abit much for just a bottle left on the counter.

Cabin was clean and really high quality stuff BBQ hut well maintained and has everything you need Feels like you in the woods yet so close to shops

There was maintenance happening for all 3 days we stayed so not the quiet atmosphere we were looking for, loud pressure hose cleaning during the entire afternoon and was trying to write :(

What a fantastic location with superb facilities. So clean and staff were absolutely brilliant. The owner Damien introduced himself to us on the site on our first morning and took my wife and I on a personal tour of the lodges and all the facilities. Absolutely lovely man and a wonderful site with highest quality accommodation and resources. No expense has been spared to make this a top class location beside the rivers Roe and Owen Beag. And a short walk to Dungiven and the wonderful Silkys restaurant. Pods were superb. So clean with everything you need for a wonderful relaxing break. Thanks Damien and staff. We'll be back for sure!

My daughter and I decided to have a 2 nights trip away from Dublin and searched the web for a spa location, Kintala caught my attention and now, 2 days after we are back, I am booking for my next trip there. A fair tale location, amazing views, you awake to the sound of a river and forest. The pods are so cute and clean! Our pod came without the Jacuzzi so we booked a jacuzzi for an hour at the spa (Kintala has a spa too), even the jacuzzi came with a view. We loved our stay and highly recommended the location to all our friends.

The only thing that we seemed to miss were plugs to charge our devices, we kept taking the tv, the beautiful standing lamp and microwave out of the socket.
