Security, comfort and location. Very lovely annex. Facilities were clean and welcoming. Plenty of choices for breakfast. Very well maintained with off road parking.

Peaceful, well equipped and beautiful place to stay, everything you could need , the breakfast was plentiful, ready on the side and in the fridge for us to use whenever we wanted . We actually did great poached eggs in the microwave too, a revelation! Great selection of yogurt, cereals etc. comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep. Private access, looking forward to going back in the better weather when I can sit in the garden with a morning coffee.

Great location for us, not much travelling but remote enough to feel we were away. Natural ambience within a lovely garden. Good range of breakfast items. Very cosy and comfortable. Nice touch to have a range of toiletries in case you have forgotten something.

With both of us being gluten intolerant and hubby coeliac it is preferable not to be around gluten containing ingredients. It would have been nice to not have those products out for our stay.

Cute self contained space with lovely touches and amenities. We arrived to find bonus visitors in the garden, two beautiful cats, who were very friendly. Snacks and breakfast bits were provided, with options to try and suit different allergen requirements. Pub nearby for food and drink, or a short drive into town.

Not a dislike, but as it’s a garden based unit with skylights, you should expect a couple of spider webs or bugs depending on the time of year.

Thoughtful host had provided everything we might need. Accommodation was excellent. Lovely garden view and convenient secure and private access to the annexe. Off street parking was nice although the area seems to have no parking issues and is very quiet. Little Dunmow is a beautiful little village.

Just wished we were able to stay a few more nights.

This place is a gem - from the beautiful location, gorgeous garden setting, cleanliness and attention to detail - incredible A++. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the breakfast selection outstanding - loved my stay so much, I returned again. Parking on the driveway was a bonus too!

I had such a lovely stay at this B&B. I had a nice evening stroll around the area on the evening and a lovely conversation with Debbie the host. The self-contained unit was spotless and there was everything you could possible need for a night's stay away from home, the hosts had really thought of everything. The breakfast set up suited me well, so that I could see to myself and leave without disturbing the hosts. Would definitely stay again if i am ever in the area for work or for the airport.

Everything was tip top from communication with our host, facilities, quality and location. We were provided with a well stocked fridge, tea, coffee and continental breakfast. Everything was spotless and top quality from towels, to bedding. Superb all round. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. THE BEST places we have stayed. Top quality and nothing was too much trouble. If only there were more places like this to stay, as this is how it should be done 👌

Facilities are amazing, these hosts have thought of everything. The breakfast is incredible and the quality of facilities wonderful. A beautiful garden and off road parking - I like it so much, I returned for a second stay and looking forward to another stay in the future - highly recommended!

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Debbie for your hospitality. The room was very clean and there was lots of food, which was more than enough for breakfast and lunch. The place was so homely and the garden is beautiful. I had a lovely stay!
