The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was very nicely appointed. The breakfast was great - fabulous buffet. Josh, the food manager was very hands on and helped me pick a wine for dinner that I really enjoyed. Other staff were very helpful also, in particular, Rose, Adam and Sajjad.

There is carpeting everywhere, the halls, the rooms, etc. so I expected it to be a very quiet hotel, which is quite important to me as I am somewhat noise sensitive. The room I was assigned had a lot of noise above me, which was surprising given the carpeting, but Rose changed my room and it was much better.

Upon arrival/ check in we mentioned to the lady on the desk we had a theatre booking and she gave us an early check in which enabled us to freshen up after long journey. The room was clean and had all amenities. The hotel looks exceptional from the outside and the lobby/restaurant and bar all looked incredible.

The room was very small and the shower over the bath was not very good. lacked power/pressure which is a particular hate of mine. I must add i didn't mention this to staff because we had already unpacked and we were only staying for 1 night.

The location and the quirkiness of the hotel

We received an upgrade which to me didn't look any different to a standard room.extra was an expresso machine but not enough pods to actually use it. No view looked over the pipeworks of the hotel.the curtains were hard to close properly. For the price I expected a bit more but as we only stayed one night it was adequate

The hotel was in an ideal position next to a street with lots of excellent restaurants. Nice and safe high quality area. Good public transport close.

The hotel corridors were a maze. Not easy to find your room. Book direct via HiltonHonors and not via other travel organisations otherwise you pay jackpot for your room. My colleague booked direct with HiltonHonors and paid GBP 50 less than my Booking.com reservation. Please pay attention and compare hotel prices!

The Queensgate Hotel in Kinsington was a lovely first stop on our UK/Italy 40th anniversary tour, where we stayed for 3 nights, serving to eradicate our jet lag and also to get our bearings in the London area once again. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and kind—all set in a beautiful (posh) neighbourhood that is close to some lovely spots like Kinsington Palace, Hyde Park, and New Holland Park (with the beautiful Kyoto Garden in the middle of it). The classic British (buffet) breakfast tasted great, and the specialty coffees were both delicious and plentiful. As an added bonus, while waiting outside to leave, we saw the flyover for the VE day celebrations at Buckingham Palace (see video). Sajjad from Bangladesh was particularly friendly, and helpful in finding the pickup spot for our Uber. We would stay here again no problem. Luxury without any snoot.

Very charming, very helpful staff, great location. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. The Esq bar downstairs was lovely.

I had messaged back and forth with the property via booking.com to make sure there were accessible rooms because one of our guests was mobility challenged - but when we checked in she was given a room we had to take a lot of stairs to get to and no way to avoid them - the person who checked us in said he saw that and was able to move her to our floor, which was accessible by elevator, the next day. If we needed to book a specific room for accessibility that was not made clear by the property when I was booking. We very much appreciated them fixing it and her final room was very nice - but it was difficult to navigate to her room the first night after a long travel day.

Bedroom without real windows. It was a fake window with light. We don’t have the pleasure to see trough the window or open the window to feel the light.

This is my first day in the hotel,August 26th, 2024, which I booked for 5 night till August 30th and honestly speaking I don't need to wait till the end of my stay to appreciate the excellent services provided by the whole staff including the reception, house keeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. They are always smiling, friendly, very polite, always supporting, hard working, the girl in the restaurant was exceptional, very hard working and never stopped working and helping customers for so many hours and have kept her smile and dedication. The men in the resturant in the breakfast were also amazing and very friendly, I can also appreciate the same dedication and hard working,and the friendliness of all of them. Cleanliness of the Resturant was impressive and was also very organized. I liked the idea to scan QR code inside the room, where you can scan it, then the list of services will be automatically loaded. Then you can order for anything without calling the reception. I tried this service yesterday and asked for a dental kit, the staff brought it to me fastly.

The room size is acceptable however will be great to be bigger. Will be also great to have a proper coffee machine and capsules in the room. Instant coffee is not my preference at all. Will be also great to have some staff helping to carry the baggaes. However, the reception lady yesterday evening the 25th of August helped to find someone to carry the bags with me. I think the sound isolation need to be improved, yesterday night between 11:00 pm till 02:00 am, was noisy hearing people sounds coming from closeby rooms who were speaking and never stopped, it was also noisy when some people were talking in front of my room. However, I can't really blame the hotel for such kind of noise caused by other customers, that's why further isolation plans could be considered by the hotel.

The room was clean ,modern and well looked after during our stay and the location was spot on for our visit as it was a 5 mins walk to Museums and Knightsbridge and the tube was only 5 mins away and there was a lot of places to eat and drink in the immediate area The staff were all friendly and helpful

I did not like the extra £100 added for security to the bill but was impressed that it was returned to me swiftly on check out I also think that the price of breakfast if required was dear
