Very central location, close to Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road tube and buses. Loads of pubs and restaurants in the area

Could not connect to WIFI. Did not like having to leave a £200 deposit on arrival.

Location location location!

The property is run down in areas and could do with some money spent fixing up areas like the bathroom. There was no plug in the sink, the seal in the shower needed mended and so water flooded all over the bathroom.

Central London location, close to Soho and all the things I had planned. Quiet and peaceful area, the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner, the velvety headboard of the bed was full of dust. The heating in my room didn't work, and while I tried to explain that I wasn't able to adjust it on the radiator I think we didn't understand each other.

Location: Excellent. It is close of subway and bus station. Good location, close to main street. Access to multiple stores, Dominion theater etc. You could walk, if you like to walk, to London main attractions such as Bib Ben, London Eye etc. I stayed in a quiet Sigle room, clean with minimum amnesties( 1 little soap,1 small little bottle of shower gel, 1 shower cap), 2 towels( 1 small, 1 bigger), hair dryer,1 electric fan, cup, tea spoon, kettle mug, few tea sacks. Clean sheets, towells, room, bathroom, hotel in general. Lift is available 24h, same for Reception. Is my second staying at this hotel. It is constantly renovated, maintained.

Access to the rooms is made through the reception, announcing the receptionist. He accesses the door using a code. I understand that it is about security, but this type of access is a bit unusual. In bathroom the light from the mirror didn't work and it was a little bit darker, toilet brush it doesn't exist,

Great room, working heating. Amazing PRIVATE bathrooms!!! Friendly staff. Have stayed here twice and will be back in the near future!!!

WI-Fi does not really work. I didnt need it since i know the area but if you are new to the city and wi-fi is a must maybe dont stay here. Thats the only downside.

The location was good for a theatre and museum visit. We were pleased to find a desk fan in the room as the weather was quite warm. Breakfast not included but there are lots of places close to eat. There is also a 24 hr grill restaurant, handy if you are out late. The room was clean and well presented. I'd definitely stay again!

The stairs weren't well signposted (I apologised for using the emergency exit!) No plug in the bathroom sink (we didn't ask for one as only staying two nights but hubby does prefer wet shave which is easier with a bowl of water)

The location was excellent. The price was good considering London The room was clean and looked newly refurbished

The room we were given seemed like it was within an extension (ex staff area maybe) room was newly refurbished but had a strong smell of paint still. Only small but adequate for our 1 night stay. The smoke detector still had tape covering it? There was no rail or hangers in the wardrobe to hang clothes. A mirror in the bedroom would be a good idea for us ladies! No kettle or tea/coffee supplies as advertised? Only 1 lift working but wasn’t such an issue for us

The hotel was in an excellent position for all the venues we needed to get to. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfy, tea/coffee were ample. On the Friday night there was a lot of noise which could keep some people awake. A coach was parked outside with its engine running for ages. Lots of people shouting, coming out of venues. Saturday night. there was nothing! As I said it didn't bother us at all. The bathroom was very modern, it was clear and spacious. I would stay here again, it was good value for money.

The corridors were very tatty, but I wondered if they were in the process of doing the place up. It wasn't dirty just run down.

The room was a good size compared to other rooms in London. It was clean and had every amenity I required for a 2 night stay. It was miles better than other reviewers have stated. and coupled with its convenient location 2 minutes from Tottenham Court Road meant it was ideal for several journeys I had to make by rail.. I can only speak for myself and I found the hotel good and the staff friendly.

The shower was set up to have to mop up water .shower curtain was inadequate to stop water, which inevitably has nowhere else to go. There waa no sink plug and a broken toilet seat too.

The location is amazing, right off Oxford Street. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s not a 5 star hotel but I’m more than happy with the cost and the hotel in general
