The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. We had a room with a window overlooking Hunter's Buildings, a strange and interesting little backstreet containing almost every utilitarian architectural style from the early 19th century to the present day. Though I come from London, I don't get back there very often: being right next to the Barbican, on the fringes of the City and old Clerkenwell, was more of a thrill than I could have expected. Most importantly: lovely staff! Friendly, helpful and really good at their jobs. Thanks so much, if you're reading.
Not a particularly big deal, but: as other guests have commented in the past, the bathroom doesn't provide much privacy. The frosted glass door is an unfortunate touch. Similarly, it does seem a bit weird that, even after hundreds of complaints about this in otherwise positive reviews, they still don't provide a toilet brush. Perhaps I'm just scatologically-minded, but these choices in design and furnishing definitely seem to be sending some sort of signal! If only I could figure out what it actually was...

Great location, very close to tube stations and bus stops allowing for quick access to anywhere in the city. Room was clean and what we needed, check in was quick and staff were very welcoming. Needed another towel as there was only 1 in our room for 2 people and it was no trouble for reception to get one for us. Overall very good!
Room was very, very hot. Air conditioning didn’t really work in the room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep and be in the room for long periods of time - which was fine for us as we just needed the hotel as a base for our trip, but in 27° London summer heatwave this was a struggle. The heat in the room was probably more intense as it was very tiny.

Hotel is clean and bright and an in an excellent location for Moorfields Eye Hospital, which was only 5 minutes walk away and Old Street tube station even closer. There are lots of local shops and food outlets too, which was useful post-operation. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and supported in refrigerating medication for my son overnight. would recommend and use again.
we booked a room without a window (which was cheaper and this wasn’t a trip for pleasure!). however, with hindsight, I’d pay the extra as the room was quite small and stuffy, so we’d have liked to open a window.

The Shoreditch was perfectly located next to the Barbican Centre, where the graduation ceremony of our son took place. Also it is the perfect starting point to other must-see locations. The rooms we had booked were perfectly clean and quiet, the staff always gentle and helpful.
The rooms are not sufficiently equipped with space and equipment to hang clothes, not even enough for one person. There was neither a shelf nor a safety box for personal documents, keys and other things of value. The bathroom lacked ventilation. Rooms offer space at the minimum possible, window was not present. Yes, we had booked that way because it was the only option that offered separate beds for our adult boys. but that seems to be widespread in London though we had cheaper accommodation without that.

After a booking snafu with a third party site, I found myself at another hotel in the area with no place to stay after a long and exhausting flight. Easy had a room available and I was able to book it and check in almost immediately. The room was simple and basic but clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located for business meetings that I was conducting while in the area. It was a very short walk to the tube station and bus stops making getting around easy. There were also some great restaurants in the area. The staff on duty was helpful and able to answer questions and very friendly. The rooms are very small - but I was really only in it to sleep and it served the purpose for an affordable price. London is very expensive and it was nice to find a room in a modern space that didn't break the bank.
It is a budget hotel and there are no "extras". There is nothing to set luggage on but it served my purpose with a comfortable bed and a clean, quiet room.

I don't understand some of the comments here, people complaining about size of the room, for something that is clearly described in the description 🤔. Anyway, room and bathroom are small, but we knew about it. Overall the room was clean, warm, mattress was comfortable. We wanted something relatively cheap and close to the concert we were attending. Check in and check out was smooth, staff was friendly and welcoming. If we ever come back to London for a gig, we will definitely stay again!

Excellent connections to two underground stations serving different lines. Bus connections almost outside the doors. The room was not as small as we'd been led to believe and the bed seemed to be a standard sized double. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom is fitted to a high standard. Hotel staff were very friendly and always on hand for information, the check-in was quick and we went in without any fuss. Basic snacks and drinks are available at cost in the foyer. Water is free on request.
The shower is small given the footprint of the room, however the water is instantly hot which was great. The room has air conditioning, however due to the low carbon nature of the hotel, it takes hours to cool the room and barely reached the sleeping area.

The staff was very nice, room was clean. Location is perfect, so close to the city center (short bus or tube ride), breakfast place just across the street.
It's OK for a short trip but the room really is tiny. You can't even walk around the bed, have to be careful in the shower. The maintenance could be improved (leaking shower, cracked surfaces in bathroom) and there were holes in bed linens. Air-conditioning difficult to manage and rather annoying. During 3 nights stay no cleaning. Bring your hangers as there are just two and cannot be moved.

I booked for one night as i needed to stay overnight in London for work, the hotel was as i expected. The rooms are fairly small but that is absolutely fine for a one night stay. I arrived about 3.30pm to check in and the lady on reception was very nice, She was very friendly and made the check in experience not only very straight forward but personable as well, she was a credit to the hotel and set a very good first impression. As mentioned the room was small but had everything required, a nice comfortable bed, a television, WIFI and a bathroom with shower that was sufficient for the stay. There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room but this is advertised on the site so there is nothing hidden, you get what's advertised and for the price in central London its value for money. The location is great with some really good pubs nearby and plenty of choices for dinner be that eat out or takeaway. It is what you would expect from an Easyhotel but it does the job and doe the job well. I would have no hesitation booking to stay at an Easyhotel in the future
A room with a window was a room with a window but overlooked a roof and other rooms but im not sure you can expect much more from a budget hotel so i really am clutching straws to find any negatives. The shower was not very powerful but again it did its job and difficult to really find fault
