We were really satisfied with the way the staff treated us. Everybody was always nice and helpful, always smiling and ready to solve any problem. I really liked the vegan option at breakfast. Public transportation is pretty close as well as supermarket.
Our first room was great except for the fact that the door was not closing/locking properly. Amazing receptionist helped us, checked the problem and gave us a new room. Which had a working door and was nice and clean. But the AC/heater was broken, window was not closing properly therefore the room was pretty cold and also there was a lot of noise from the street/cars passing by. But the main thing for us was safety and properly locked door. Receptionist gave us a space heater which solved the cold. Overall problems that occurred were solved by a friendly staff! :)

Lovely play to stay.food was great
The evening staff lady working on the Sunday night ended up charging me for food that I didn’t order and then charged me again for something I didn’t have .i ordered my daughter chicken gyozas and the last pepperoni pizza and a pint of coke .i ordered fish and chips and 1/2 a pint of lemonade .i was given a half filled pint glass and when my food arrived I had a bowl of chips ..so I asked where was the rest of my dinner .then she came to the table and charged me for fish and chips and when my food arrived I had fish and peas.i tried explaining but her English was at a level that she could understand…as it was our last night it put a dampener on the whole holiday.we arrived on the weds with two bookings .one was weds til Friday and then Friday til Monday.

We have booked this hotel for nearly 12 nights during our visit to the UK, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. First and foremost, the staff were exceptional. Every time I had a request—whether it was to store luggage, change rooms, use the conference room, or leave valuables at reception—they responded swiftly and were always supportive and professional. Their attentiveness really made a difference. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. It included a great selection of hot food such as eggs, tomatoes, hash browns, and bacon, along with bakery items and a coffee machine. Considering food prices in the city, the breakfast alone added excellent value for money. Our room was clean and serviced daily. There was one incident where we weren’t happy with the assigned room, but the staff handled it graciously and moved us to another room, which we were much happier with. Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.
We felt the ground floor rooms were not a clean as 1st floor. But they have considered our request and moved us to the 1st floor which was much better.

A good English breakfast was included in the price of our room. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. The quiet atmosphere was a highlight, as we did not experience any annoying noise from other guests or the motorway next to our window, which was much appreciated. The staff were super friendly, and as we stayed on Christmas Day, they had small presents for the kids under the tree, food for the reindeer and chocolates for Christmas Eve.
My only concern was the parking charge, which was quite expensive for our week-long stay. I would prefer the parking fee to be included in the room price, as it is in other Holiday Inn hotels we have visited in the past.

Staff were casual and friendly whilst still professional and speedy with service. Breakfast and bar was enjoyable and homey. Ensuite was roomier than expected, very comfortable and the amount of mirrors was incredibly useful.
Long wait for lift space before checkout. When busy it seems to cycle rather than respond to button call making it so the first floor is the last to be seen. If you're in a rush or have a lot of luggage whilst staying on the first floor I would recommend leaving for reception early.

Good Parking. Bed was comfortable Air conditioning was brilliant as the weather was glorious over 30°
Breakfast was good but restaurant was very busy on Saturday morning, only table left was right beside the meeting room door with people queuing to get in to it..They stood right behind me watching me eat, one gentleman even sat on the opposite chair at my table when i got up the replenish my Tea, it was very off putting. Think the staff should have asked them to stand at reception to be called.

Staff were friendly and approachable. We had a one year old with us and we found the staff to be very accommodating when it came to cutlery and cups ect for him. The room was clean and tidy but extremely small. We had a double bed, double fold out bed and a travel cot. When I say there was a foot of space then all the beds connected up to the window wall, it was like playing the floor is lava getting across the room with four of us. I'm pleased we weren't in the room for long we were out and about during the day but in the evenings after showers ect before bed it was very difficult navigating the room with next to no floor space and a toddler wanting to roam. Our teenager loved it lounging on the bed settee and kept himself out of the way. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we'd happily return in the future especially when our toddler won't need a travel cot so we would have extra floor space.
How small the family room is.

Easy to get to theatre from where we were. Noise reduction so didn't hear traffic even with being on a dual carriage way
Food toasties were horrible tasted like been taken out of a packet put in a microwave just to warm up the bread was still soft and not browned at the bottom. It would have been nice to have bar separately from reception and food eating area. Just one big area that serves everything. Beds were hard but lovely to have a choice of spft or hard pillowsn

staff were very friendly & helpful lunch - toasted sandwich & chips - was delicious Breakfast - buffet style - good selection available & topped up as necessary, so didn;t have to wait for anything Room - very comfortable bed. Toiletries in bathroom were good quality & towels were plentiful. I was far too excited to find there was an iron & board in the room!
Breakfast was ok - not bad but the best I've had in a hotel... few items were luke warm at best

Location was great right next door to sainsburys, hotel was comfortable and staff we're friendly and helpful & breakfast was also excellent with a good variety to choose from . If like us you are not driving they also have a direct line to the cab office and it will cost you only £8 for a family of four to get to Walthamstow central which will bring you into central london or wherever you want to go including all airports . I would definitely stay again when visiting London because it's cheap and cheerful and a fraction of the cost of staying in the city !
I would probably like a bigger more spacious room for a family of four but otherwise there wasn't anything else I would find fault with . We had a pleasant experience staying here and would definitely stay again when visiting London !
