their location close to a shopping mall which make the experience much better. Them all have a lot of restaurants and cafés. Also, it is close to main underground station which Connect you everywhere around London . The room size is bigger than anything you will see in London laundry service at the hotel helps a lot to keep your clothes wash all the time Small kitchen in the room with microwave makes you love experience home away from home .

no direct access from Main Street specially for taking a taxi to the airport and taking all your luggage to the main street

The location is very good everything right on your door step. The bar is nice and the bar staff the bed was very comfortable the sheets were very soft too it was very relaxing. I liked the decor and there is a very good breakfast would stay again

There was no Menü in the room for room service and when I called I had to go back and forth to order and get a Menü which took awhile. The staff are not that attentive ground front desk staff and bar staff was good to but the rest need work. As for the cleaning when I arrived to my room it was a lil dusty and also I saw a old grape on the floor behind the curtain so just sitting there if I saw it how did the cleaner not see it. but definitely they Need a bit more eye to detail as even in the bathroom had two hair conditioner and one shampoo but no shower gel so obviously someone put the wrong bottle in the holder as there is 3holders so definitely something missing. Eye to detail please and for the price of the place definitely need to pay more attention.

The hotel was situated very nicely in a pedestrians zone right next to the Olympic park. Lots of restaurants, shops and a number of options for public transport. Our room on 10th floor was spacious, quiet and equipped with a kitchinette. The staff was very friendly and ready (and successful) to help us during our stay (extra sheets, late checkout, directions etc.). Another thing we were very pleased with was the breakfast buffet. We went to the ABBA arena for the ABBA Voyage show. Walking distance (through the Olympic park) in roughly 10...15min. That was ideal.

Our room, otherwise nice, was designed for handicapped guests. This showed a little in the kitchinette and mostly in the bathroom. The shower flodded most of the floor, the washing basin was very low, the toilet did not have a lid, no toilet brush was provided (this has probably nothing to do with handicapped guests, but it was not ideal, esp. since there was no lid...).

Amazing everything, the staff, the general manager was delightful and so welcoming to us. The bar areas are gorgeous, the cleanliness of the whole hotel was exceptional, it smells just amazing too! Breakfast was wonderful and the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Loads of places surrounding the hotel to eat and drink too not to mention the shopping! Fantastic train links straight from Stratford train station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough! A great place to stay if you are attending the ABBA Voyage.

Nothing - absolutely perfection.

From the communication before arrival to the last cup of tea in the hotel bar before we left, everything was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us at every opportunity. The facilities were modern, stylish, and clean. A/C in the room was a total godsend in this heatwave. Excellent location for the London stadium, with the tube station just a few minutes walk away, and a huge shopping centre and multiple restaurants just steps away from the hotel entrance door. Spot on.

That we had to leave!

Stayed in this hotel in the past and it was a bit refurbished. Nice little apartment with all the facilities, including kitchenware and cutlery, all was new and in a good quality. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Reasonable price for London.

View from the room - to the roof parking and a/c infrastructure of the Westfield mall, impossible to open the window because of the noise, but it’s a problem for this specific room. Also the a/c infrastructure the room was a bit noisy

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt House when visiting London. It is a great location, being ideally situated right next to Westfield and conveniently close to numerous transportation options. The staff are always helpful and even though this time I faced an issue with my room due to the AC (it was very hot during my stay), my room was easily switched to another at no extra charge. The breakfast is fantastic and overall, it is a good stay depending on your needs. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent, room was great and location great for Olympic Park and Stratford shopping centre.

Only that the apartment nature of the room felt unnecessary as it was more of a typical hotel - the self catering didn’t really have an obvious need since it clearly isn’t a hotel designed for enduring stays. I suspect that the additional room facilities (which to be fair were excellent if for some reason you were cooking in your hotel room… in the centre of a vibrant food court and street food) were part of the premium price.

The hotel is new and very clean. The location was perfect as it was situated directly in front of Westfield Stratford mall and a 3 minute walk to the tube station. The room is cozy and size was spacious. The most important thing was how quiet the hotel was.

The hotel was a 20 to 30 minutes ride to central London and sometimes took even 50 minutes depending on the location we wanted to go to.

Rooms were very clean, tidy, good sized fridge, freezer, hob and dishwasher. Air conditioning system stayed on even when we were out of the room. Managed to check into the room early, which was a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff

Rooms didn't have any flannels. Got charged twice for the room (I'd paid 6 weeks before stay originally then was charged again after check in) Wasn't told about the requirement of a £50 deposit before our stay
