The price for this location is amazing. The room is clean, modern (some furniture might be a bit tired), the bathroom seems very new, the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect and the price for this location and for this amazingly friendly and helpfull staff seems too low.

The room was quite hot, the window could only open for a bit and there is no airco. The weather outside was 25-30 degrees so it isnt suprising that the room was hot without airco. With a small fan, which was available at the room, we could keep it less hot.

The hotel is warm, clean and in a very good location in the centre of London. Just a short walk away from Oxford Street and not far from Soho. In addition, the hotel has a really nice bathroom and shower. Also, the pillows and bed were comfortable. Only down side I would say is that there isn't a mini fridge for if you want to put anything in like a bottle of pop to keep chilled. Furthermore, the hair dryer is a bit annoying by being placed on a cable inside a draw. You have to press and hold a button down while in use. In terms of value for money, I think the hotel was priced highly for its location. For this price point, you'd have thought that breakfast would have been included and the room would include a fridge.

We were first given a room in the basement but when we opened the window all you could smell was the ash treys as the room faced the outside smoking area. We normally sleep with a window open and are not smokers so they kindly moved us to an upstairs room which was perfect and with no fuss. They showed us the new room first so we could decide which was best. Great Staff.

I cant think that there was anything we did not like, we have stayed here before and knew how good it was.

The location is perfect. The hotel is a charm and the staff is very helpful and professional. I also like the room. It was a fair size, well organized and comfortable. Modern style. My second time and I super recommend! Especially because it's difficult to find rooms for 3 people in London and they have a triple room which is perfect and very nice.

Just 2 small things. The room had to be accessed via a small set of stairs, as if it was in between floors that the elevator could not reach. Not a problem for me but people with mobility difficulties should be warned. The other thing is that the bathroom was beautiful and clean in general but the area close to the window and by the bathtub was old and had some mold. I think some regular cleaning and painting of that area would be enough to solve

The continental breakfast was good and comprehensive: toast, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, fresh juice, marmalades, sweet pastries. The hotel was old, but nicely renovated and very clean. The staff was very friendly. They gave pre-bottled water free of charge from reception. The location was really central. For example, Oxford street and Regent street were right next door. For example, if you have a concert in Palladium, you can walk from this hotel in about 10 minutes. There are several restaurants right around the hotel. One day we put a "Don't disturb" sign on the door because we thought there was so much of our stuff in the room. We noticed when we came back that a letter had been placed under the door. They had not come for the sign, but let us know that the call only downstairs, so we get, for example, clean towels, etc.

The room was quite cold if not using an extra radiator. There was no heat in the bathroom. However, there were extra blankets in the room for those who needed them.

The hotel was in a very good location—I’ve been to London several times, so I chose the area on purpose. The room was small but perfectly fine for two people—clean and cozy. The breakfast, however, was not up to the standard I’d expect from a boutique hotel like this. While I understand it wouldn’t be luxurious, we had already paid for breakfast, yet there was an extra charge for a full English one. The basic breakfast offered was below basic, which lowers the overall impression. Otherwise, a nice place.

The hotel is in a safe central part of London. It is close to great restaurants and shopping and within a short distance of two underground stations. The hotel itself is welcoming and bright. The staff was always friendly and immediately available to help with any requests. The property and room was clean and seemed newly renovated. We booked the continental breakfast option which was good and plenty of food. There was an option to upgrade to a hot English breakfast for £5 per person/day but we were happy with the continental.

The twin beds seem a little bit narrower than what I am used to from the US and the mattress a bit harder but it seemed to work well for my back which is always a gamble for me due to back issues.

It’s my second stay. It’s in a great location, close to Oxford Street, Soho etc. The immediate surrounding area is also lovely. Room was comfy enough, didn’t eat or use the bar but you can’t really fault it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is on the expensive side if I’m being honest but you are in central London so I guess that’s why. We had a triple room, but only got given two coffee mugs so we had to play rock, paper, scissors to see who got a coffee. I won but would have been annoyed if I’d lost.

Room 102 was bijou but perfect for an overnight stay for 1 person. Bed was super comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows - super important to me. Nice bathroom and good quality towels, shampoo etc. I will definitely be returning to this hotel as its good value and in a quiet location with an fabulous breakfast stop just down the road. Pleasant lounge just off the main reception which I used to make a few calls. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave luggage behind reception while I was out for the day

The television didn't work which was very annoying as I was in bed when I decided to watch the tv. I rang reception and they offered to send someone to take a look but it meant getting dressed again to allow the concierge to come in and rectify so sadly I went without the TV. The desk was impossible to sit at because the chair was soo close to the end of the bed but that was fine for me and just an overnight stay and I didn't need to use a desk. It did however make it a bit tricky to use the hair dryer though which is attached to the drawer of the desk but I managed.

We arrived very early which was no issue to reception we were able to check in and get all the paperwork done but pick up room keys later which is what we expected. The staff throughout were very polite and helpful a credit to the hotel. Our room was very clean as were all the communal areas. The hotel really could not be better positioned as far enough out of town to provide for a quiet night but close enough to only be a 20 minute walk from the West End shows and shopping areas.

Our room (403) on the top floor was small but that is fine for a short stay, As mentioned on departure and not something you would expect even management to be aware of unless comments have been made was the bathroom layout. It was very difficult to sit on the toilet due to a lack leg room, if only the designer had turned it 90 degrees there would be no problem.
