The Wesley Euston is an amazing hotel. The room looked and felt clean. The bed is comfortable. And the new sports center is truly impressive. It's not your average hotel gym, but has a wide selection of machines, dumbbell weights, cable machine and even a barbell setup. It's available 24/7 for guests! If you're traveling to London and need a place to stay fit, go to the Wesley. Finally, their hospitality is amazing, both in Booking.com messages and in person. Some minor points of criticism: there are few available outlet sockets, none of which are bedside (unless you unplug one of the lights) and I didn't see an ac which may be an issue for hotter days. All in all, amazing place to stay.

The Wesley is ideally located near Euston railway station and underground station, and even within walking distance from Saint Pancras International. What I certainly like is the fact I was welcomed in a most friendly way. I don't like a self-check-in, as I like to talk to real people. Every member of staff at recception proved most helpful, especially Racheal, who gave me some useful tips, since I was only here for a short stay. When she checked me out I was also offered the possibility to leave my suitcase at the hotel. My train left in the evening so I could spend my last day, not having to worry about my luggage all day.

The room was smaller than I expected but it was very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes between both Euston Square and Warren Street underground stations and maybe a 20 mins walk from Oxford Street. The weather was surprisingly warm, so we walked most places. The Wesley Euston is also in close proximity to Euston Station and less than a 10 min drive from King's Cross Station, for rail services. Buses were also available in abundance. There was a great deal of road works surrounding the hotel, but roads were still accessible. Overall, we were nicely located to central London. The staff, from the reception area to the barman to the custodians were professional and polite. We had dinner and drinks in the on-site restaurant.

Stayed in Euston for business meeting. Hotel is in easy walking distance of Euston Station and Euston Square. Practical, clean and no fuss hotel with decent breakfast.

Initially I was put in a very small single room even though I had stayed there many times before. On return to the reception I managed to get into a more spacious room with double bed for small extra cost (all handled very well).

The room is tiny however has all necessary amenities, even ironing facilities and air conditioner. The bed is comfortable as well as pillows. The equipment is new, everything works properly. The location is quiet, near Euston station, and you can walk to many remarkable places from here, or take the tube - several lines are available.

Price. Despite all advantages too much for a 10 sq.m. room, the breakfast is overpriced too. No window. Formally there is one, however you cannot open it and even look through it No slippers, however it is a standard for a 4 star hotel. Lack of towel and clothes holders in the bathroom. There is a space for them, could make stay more comfortable

The room was a very nice size for our family. Spacious and accommodating. Small refrigerator was nice to have on hand. The do offer a lift to get from the ground level to the reception area - very important for us as my son is in a wheelchair.

Only real complaint is when we checked in we were told that the breakfast was included in our stay (I wondered but didn't check to see if I'd included it); when we went to eat the next morning found that wasn't the case but I had already told my son (who is autistic) we were eating so was committed at that point and I found the price to be a bit steep for a breakfast. Also, lots of construction in the area made it hard to get to via car - nothing the hotel could do about that but be aware.

The staff was so professional, kind, caring, and friendly. As I had a serious appointment at the UCHL hospital opposite the Wesley Hotel, they were very caring.

The room, a superior double room, should have had a fridge and microwave. The room had no facilities to open a window even a little bit, and the room was extremely hot, which was difficult for me as I have neurological issues and need a very cool room. The staff provided a fan for me, but the air-conditioning did not work. For a four-star hotel, all of the above must be offered as a given. Apart from that, the bed was incredible, the TV was amazing, and I would have liked more pillows. I have no other complaints. The room was super clean.

Room was small but well equipped - hair dryer with access to a mirror, Ironing facilities, tea/ coffee, basic toiletries, provision of a safe. Easy check in, optional self service. Shower was really good,bed comfortable.

Who designed the wardrobe????? The top shelf was unusable unless you were at least 6ft 6inches ( 1.95m), I'm 5ft 6in (1.65m). Likewise the hanging rail was too high to remove the fiddly fixed hangers ( only 5 of these, 2 of which were occupied by our outdoor coats as there were no other hooks ). Unless you were travelling with a ball gown, I don't see why you need to sacrifice convenience for normal height guests for extra hanging length. Also the safe was on the floor so difficult to see what you were doing.

Great location, close to Euston station and only half an hour walk from Soho. Room was quite spacious for a single occupancy, very clean and with high quality toiletry product The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and accomodate my request to securely store my luggage for a couple of hours after the check out.

Nothing to improve from my experience

I was upgraded to a more spacious room which is different from the one I booked. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. However, the room was a little bit warm and the air condition didn't work on "Cool". It only works on "Fan". I talked to the reception and they promised to talk to the maintenance to fix it. My stay ended before they fix it. Regarding the location, it is amazing. Very close to Tube station, variety of restaurants, and very close to Euston Station.

The air condition wasn't working, and they didn't do anything about it.
