Hotel amenities and location for me were excellent. I could cycle daily into the city along the ship canal paths whilst I spent 4 days on a course. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good for a hotel stay, but I feel the quality of the sausage eggs and coffee could be improved upon. None of these quite hit my standards of taste, I only use organic free range eggs, you can certainly tell the difference. Sourdough or rye would be nice to offer too.

This hotel is situated in a lovely area, very close to shops and restaurants. Media city is only down the road as is Manchester United Football ground. Very clean and well presented, the staff are lovely and work very hard and well together.
Breakfast on Saturday morning was a little chaotic, Plates/mugs & food was not topped up fast enough for the amount of people that stayed overnight. Housekeeping staff need to work on their personal hygiene as once they finished cleaning the room, the smell of body odour lingered for ages. I know this can not be helped and I am not marking the hotel down for this but it is not pleasant for those going into their rooms after them

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were neat and polite and the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great also the internet was great I am happy
What I wasn't happy about was the window that opened outwards. It had no handle at all and was completely closed and could not be opened. When I asked the staff there why, they said it was done for your protection. But I went to the back of the hotel and looked at the entire second floor and saw that most of the windows opened, meaning there was no obstruction. But the room I was given had a problem with the window and they didn't fix it. I didn't like it at all because the staff's words contradicted what I saw.

Staff very helpful ,breakfast very good, tea n coffee facilities ,ironing board and iron always a necessity after a journey 👍
Room pretty basic with barely any storage for clothes ,get rid of the pointless wooden wall buttons and extend the shelving upwards .Also if your going to put bedside tables in then why not make them useful cabinets instead ,basic stuff guys but much more appreciated by your guests than what you have at the moment and what with the really dim lighting ? .Also you've plenty of room under the desk for storage going to waste ,daft really ,room would still look as spacious but 10 times more user friendly experience.

Rooms spotlessly clean. Bar drinks reasonable prices. Food served 24 hrs which was a lovely and welcome surprise when we returned from our concert very late and very tired. Toasties and pizza were lovely again very reasonable price wise. The young lady on the bar that night was wonderful! She was absolutely rushed off her feet working the bar, check in desk and food alone as she had 1 trainee with her! We were surprised when we went down to breakfast to see her working her socks off again as someone had called in sick! In all honesty she must have been there all night.... yet she was still rushing around and still smiling bless her. Give her a pay rise!
The air conditioning unit in both of the 2 rooms we had was noisy like an extractor fan in a bathroom noise! This was a big disappointment...And the twin room was very small the beds were basically a double as they were made up seperate but there was no gap at all between them so a little disappointing.

All very good apart from minor breakfast issues and checkout at 11.00am rather than midday.
Only real minor dislikes were linked to breakfast. firstly the breakfast ended at 09.30am. We are retired and therefore were visiting for leisure purposes (actually to attend my niece's graduation ceremony the previous day). We therefore had no wish to rise at 07.30am for an early breakfast and found the 09.30am finish irritating. A 10.00am, or 10.30am end would have been much better. Also, the cooked breakfast did not offer fried egg, only scrambled egg and no mushrooms (or tinned tomatoes).

We had to book on the day as our previously booked accommodation fell through that morning, and we were travelling to Manchester for the marathon. We felt lucky to be able to book anything! The hotel is smart and clean (bedrooms and public spaces), the beds were enormous, the shower cubicle big, the water hot! The hotel felt safe, I like that you have to use a key to get up to the bedroom floors. The staff were friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to assign us our two rooms next to each other (which was particularly amazing due to the fact that we only booked on the day!). The hotel was extremely accommodating to marathon runners, they served breakfast earlier than usual and provided carb-rich products. Thank you.
Nothing really, other than it was quite expensive, but we were stuck for accommodation, only booked on the day and there was a marathon on! We felt lucky to get anything, so we’re happy to pay in the circumstances. If I’d had a choice though, I would have looked for something cheaper.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. We booked a last minute stay for our daughters cheerleading competition close by and as soon as we arrived and entered the building we felt safe and comfortable to stay there. The hotel was clean and fresh and secure. A lovely little bar area which meant we could have a quiet drink after a long day at comps before heading to our room to do it all again. We had breakfast included from 7am the next day which was amazing as it meant we could let our daughter choose what she wanting to eat to get her energy levels up before competing at her 2nd day at comps. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had showed us round the breakfast area as this was our first stay (definitely won't be our last we will be re-booking for her next comps in June) the little goody bad the staff gave her at breakfast made her day. Discounted on-site parking rate when staying here. A lovely river right outside our window which we enjoyed having a walk round. Shops close by in walking distance. Free WiFi, tv in the room, kettle, cups, tea and coffee In the room. Our room smelt lovely on our arrival beds made perfectly. Dove toiletries in the bathroom (which was ideal as we didn't have any with us to take a shower). Air-conditioning/heating in the bedroom. Overall an absolute amazing experience staying here and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

Great stay. Clean, comfortable, perfect location for gig at O2 academy Victoria warehouse, great price. The only downfall was breakfast. The hotel seemed to be fully booked (gig close by + fri night into Saturday morning stay), kitchen were having issues with ovens and guests in front of me piling their plates super high leaving myself and the two people I was with with nothing. Not the hotels fault, but was a disappointment that we didn’t have access to the full breakfast range. We stayed for an hour in the dining room and kept missing all the hot, cooked breakfast due to demand.

All round decent stay, only one night for the final game of the season and was very pleasant, standard buffet breakfast, usual limited express style menu was ok, rooms were ok and it's only a 10min walk from Old Trafford.
Slightly overpriced due to it being a match day, had it been the normally lower price then the score would have been higher. Parking as an extra £20, during booking it said £15 to non-residents and £10 with a discount code from inside the hotel, it was actually £20 with the code, a bit of a con, because it's literally the hotel car park.
