Cheapest property available at short notice for a night out. Cheap and cheerful, don't go with high expectations. It literally was a bed, shower and that's it. However, my friend and I knew this would be the case before arriving and were just happy to have somewhere to stay on a budget. Location was within walking distance from the city centre, although we didn't walk as it was snowing at the time. Fenham itself is a diverse area, with a host of Asian shops and takeaways (Afghan grill was delicious and cheap).

The decor in the rooms reminded me of being in prison.

Incredibly basic but amazing value for money. I stayed for 1 night to participate in the Great North Run

A receptionist in the building & a separate room to make tea in or to have something to eat

Location was easy to get to room was clean hotel was very quite Slept really well comfortable bed

Simple. No fuss got your bed for the night at a cheap price. Bed was comfy sinks toilets were clean. Cant go wrong.

Maybe already given a code for the mai door to get in
