Good sized, well equipped rooms, comfortable beds, located 5 min walk from the train station and town centre is an easy short walk away. Friendly staff (especially the general manager). Very clean room. Secure building accessed by key fob.

Although very clean some of the decor/furnishings are worn (burn marks on work surface on kitchen, cracks in bathroom floor tiles and worn upholstery on sofa etc). No smoking apartments but not adhered to by some guests as very strong smells in corridor areas.

We've stayed here a few times. The location is very convenient and the apartments well appointed. Usually we appreciate the parking too (though it does add to the cost) but on this occasion we came by train. We'd booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to one with two and although we could only sleep in one, the other was useful to store bags, coats etc. It's great that unlike some apartments we've rented in the city here they provide a few basics like tea and coffee, shower gel etc.

This was the first time we've had an apartment on the street side of the block and we found it a bit noisy some nights. In future we'll ask for one at the back. We also found the heating hard to get right at first and we're much too hot at night in particular.

The apartment is very spacious and having an ensuite and main bathroom was great. It was a good location for the University, the shops and restaurants on the edge of Chinatown. Underground parking was a bonus. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The lift was out of action, which I was notified about in advance. It took me a while to find, better directions when arriving by car would be helpful but they did explain over the phone when I called.

Noise from outside - We were on the second floor, it was noisy enough for me to check to see if someone had left the windows open (not sure if the seals had perished)

Beautiful accommodation, excellent location and very friendly staff.

The lift being out of order for the entire stay meant we had to climb ten flights of stairs each time we came back to our rooms. In addition, the IT systems failed and we received no response to our request for help with the luggage. These are the company’s responsibility. The local staff were very gracious.

Quick, easy check-in, lovely and clean, modern, well equipped. Very convenient for city centre, train station and Utilita Arena.

Bed and pillows too firm for me but it was fine for the other guest. Unfortunately workmen started clanking and playing loud music before 8am but lovely Annette apologised profusely when we handed keys in. She was really annoyed and said they shouldn't have started before 9am so can't really blame the property for the rude awakening.

I've stayed at Premier Suites on previous visits to Newcastle so this was a repeat visit. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk from Central station. It's not a particularly quiet location due to the proximity of pubs and being in the city centre but we were in an apartment at the back of the building which is quieter than at the front. The apartments are always clean and well equipped and the reception staff are always super friendly.

There is currently building work going on at the location which is quite noisy and a bit intrusive.

Great central location , the staff were so helpful and friendly. I spoke to them on route as I was concerned about access if we arrived after reception closed and they reassured me about arrangements for late arrival. Well resourced kitchen and v spacious apartment.

We decided not to park in the hotel car park as access looked tight but other cars were driving in. However the NCP car park is just round the corner and we had no problems using that for our stay. Water pressure is low in the basins and shower but the bath was v good.

The staff are super friendly and so lovely to talk to and will do anything to make you feel at home and welcome. Check in is always really easy and the fact that there is secure parking is a huge plus, meaning not worrying about leaving the car untouched for a few days. Rooms are always super tidy and always have extra towels, pillows in cupboards in case need/ wanted. With the recent hot weather we've been having it was a lovely touch to walk in and find a fan was already in the room for our arrival. Cant wait to stay again.

Location was amazing! The 2 bed apartment was bigger than expected and it came really well equipped! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and was a very comfy stay!

Lift didn't work, however we were given a heads up about this. Also noise was occasionally high, but that is to be expected in the centre of a city, so can't hold this against the apartment at all.
