All aspects of accommodation very clean. Excellent, towels - good size and soft. Very good shower - spacious and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen; large fridge; good size rubbish bin with a strong liner! Good supply of crockery, utensils and pans. Dishwasher a real bonus. Fabulous croissants; fresh every morning. Coffee/tea machine available all day.

Only one hook in bathroom, which was too high; more needed. NO wall hooks in kitchen, so nowhere to hang tea towel. Silicon spoons needed for stirring food, stir frying etc. Cutlery container by sink needed for rinsed/washed items. A cloth needed so that surfaces can be wiped - I had to buy one as a real essential item in a kitchen. Pillows too soft. Very poor illumination from bedside lights.

The room had every facility that was advertised and was immaculately clean. The location was very convenient for the station with handy access to the quayside by way of the steps. We liked the coffee and buttery croissants for breakfast and coffee available at any time and the ability to cook or warm up meals. The staff were all pleasant, especially the girl who was mostly on reception during our stay who went out of her way to be friendly and helpful when us old fogies couldn't work the lights or the microwave!-we wish we had asked her name. We were very impressed and would certainly recommend Roomzzz.

We would have liked more vegetarian options in the shop as the selection in the local small shops was very limited and not very tasty but we understand it's not feasible if there is not enough demand.

Great apartment and facilities

If we had to say something, breakfast was a nice bonus when we were last there, shame it's now just croissant and coffee and you have dropped fruit and cold drinks. In the past it just felt like a little extra luxury

I really liked the size of the room and the kitchenette placement. Kitchenette had everything I needed and was really useful. Bathroom was roomy and had heated(!) floor :) The staff was very friendly and always happy to help, they made me feel very wellcome. The complimentary coffee and croisant in the morning were brilliant. The location is great - close to the train station (useful for seeing other towns) & metro (useful for getting from and to airport) and within walking distance to the shops and the centre of town.

Due to the room placement I couldn't open the windows which was at times uncomfortable - but to be honest I did not ask for a change of the room, so that is on me really.

The property is a short walk from the station, located out of the way of the hubbub. Everything from the decor and vibe of the hotel is fab, and well maintained. Behind reception is a little shop/wall stocked with essentials, across the room there is a free 24hr coffee machine with a seating area that has croissants on a morning (gluten free or vegan available upon request + soya milk upon request). Our bedroom was perfect for what we needed. Great shower, heated floor in the bathroom, kitchen was well equipped for my morning sausage sarnie (although you will need to remember things like oil, salt & pepper). The bed was large and there was a sofa and a table + chairs.

The bed: My husband didn’t sleep well and woke with a sore hip and my mattress was dipped toward his mattress (essentially 2 beds pushed to make one). The landline phone display was really bright on a night which we had to cover.

Absolutely amazing!! We loved everything, from the minute we were greeted at reception with a lovely smile from staff to the minute we offered free hot drinks whilst waiting for our room to be prepared, the reception also had complimentary hot drinks and had a mini shop for food. The room was amazing too absolutely spectacular! Amazing view of the quayside from the window, the mini kitchen was great the bed was amazing , the shower had 2 shower heads and amazing pressure, the fact they were dog friendly great! The laundry rooms were great! Complimentary croissant and pancakes for breakfast love!!!

The only things we seemed to not like was the tv on wall didn’t face much of the bed and would been nice to watch tv in bed, and also paying extra for a dog was £20 which seems a bit overpriced most places are £10 extra but this place was massive £20 then £30 deposit to so we spent £50 over what the room was online.

The room was very well furnished and comfortable, the kitchen area was well equipped, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the property was quiet throughout our stay and the croissants and hot drinks available in the lounge area in the morning were good. Being able to leave our bags until noon, after checking out, was appreciated. The quiet location less than ten minutes' walk from the central railway station is ideal.

All was fine. Room 10 has windows that are internal to the property but as we were there just one night that didn't matter.

The room was nice and clean, we have stayed at Roomzz before and the expectation was a little below par, However, we have never stayed since the extension has been added and when we stayed last time it was a full luxurious apt, now it has lost the luxury and charm it once had. However, the staff were very nice and friendly and the room was clean.

The size of the room was not bad, just different to what we remember from when we stayed previously. There were no breakfast items left on the way out, but this is only a very small issue.

Everything. We were surprise guests due to the recent storm and our trains being cancelled. We had also just got of the ferry from Amsterdam so we were shattered. The hotel people were so welcoming, gave us a coffee and croissant and a beautiful room. It was also easy to extend our stay too. We can't thank you enough. Wonderful hotel and exceptional beautiful people. We are home now and will recommend your kindness and gorgeous hotel to everyone. Thank you. The bathroom floor heating was amazing.

Nothing it was a perfect stay.

A good size room with a kitchenette containing fridge with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, 2 stove top rings , toaster ,tea and coffee and all necessary crockery and utensils. A very comfortable bed and wide screen TV. Delicious free croissants for breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had wall to ceiling windows with a view of the Tyne. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of the train station , the city centre shops/bars and the river Tyne. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

Instead of an armchair and footstool we would have preferred a small table and chairs to eat at.
