I booked through booking.com it was a stop gap in our way somewhere else and we wanted to break up the journey. One of my curious kids decided to google the apartment and we instantly went into panic mode as reviews were implying deposits get kept, the apartment wasn’t clean, some were silly such as complaining about noise levels but this apartment is city centre so it is to be expected. I contacted the apartment concerned about these things and the owner instantly called me. He explained why deposits are kept and it all seemed very reasonable explanations actually it is clear in the booking T&Cs that if the rules are not adhered to then you will lose your deposit.. We arrived and check in was not complicated. Keys in a key safe, code given before check in, deposit paid via a secure link. I was contacted a few times before check in to see if I had any questions and giving me important Info and staff couldn’t have been more friendly. The apartment WAS very clean, very neat and very tidy! It had everything we needed. Towels and the heaters did heat the rooms lovely. I can not fault this apartment or the company. We had a lovely stay and we will certainly be staying again. Thank you 🤩

It was noisy on an evening. We didn’t see this as a negative as we are all heavy sleepers and we kind of knew this could be the case as it’s a central apartment I have only added this as I know some families with small children are light sleepers. I actually found it rather entertaining.

Great value for money, perfect location, easy to contact staff and had a washing machine and tumble dryer

Hot water for the shower didn’t work, even when i pulled the cord.

the cosy vibe of the property was great. very central to all the night life

the lockbox for the keys are about a 15 min walk away and is not ideal when it’s torrential rain with suitcases

Only negative was that there was no lock on the toilet door! Otherwise perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Newcastle.

Did have a small issue on arrival however staff dealt with it and got it resolved immediately. couldn't be more helpful. Great location, clean, well equipped and great value for money. would highly recommend

street noise at night but that's what you get with good location so that was bearable. shower needs replacing barely a trickle of water. everything else was great.

Hidden gem. Lovely spacious apartment in the heart of the city centre. Communications from the owners were excellent. Would definitely recommend and would also book again
