The location is a stones throw away from the bars and restaurants, also only a short walk to the quayside. It was clean, comfortable and with the access codes provided it just gave you that extra peace of mind security wise. This place was ideal for our one night stay, very easy to find and prompt return of the room deposit from the hotel owner. Fantastic communication with the hotel owner throughout which is always appreciated. Bathroom facilities were prestine. We got back late evening to the hotel with the hustle and bustle of the centre outside, but we all managed to have a good nights sleep. overall a real bargain in the heart of the Toon! I would definitely recommend this property.

Right in the centre of Newcastle and close to everywhere we wanted to go. St James's Park, Crazy Golf, Discovery Museum. Wetherspoons, Grainger Market. Room was very basic, which we knew. Which is what makes it a great price.

The shower was fine, but could have done with a shower curtain, or panel as the water ended up over the bathroom floor, which is a slip hazard. As you take your own towels you don't want to be mopping it up. A hook to hang your towel would have been helpful and a coat hook or two, to keep things off the floor.

Great value for money, perfect if travelling with friends for a night out in Newcastle. Even though there are no on-site staff the room access was simple and matched exactly what the property had outlined during the booking. Deposit was sent back at 1pm the next day as promised. and the room matched the photos.

For the price paid, there is very little that could be improved - great location and it does exactly what it says on the tin.

Long staircase , no receptionist, plus multiple super heavy doors. And if u book from ,say bookings,the passwords are sent to bookings rather than your personal email. It took me a while to find the passwords out. Also it’s located on a very busy street, you can expect a lot of noise even after1 am.

The property was exactly the kind of place we needed for a non stop weekend with friends. Somewhere to have a sleep and shower.

Perfect for our 4 night stay - clean and comfy bunk beds with a secure 3 door lock and code system. Bathroom was clean and it was a perfect cheap accommodation in the city centre!

Central location was perfect would definitely book again for the price clean aswell.

No curtains on window found hard to sleep with lights and noise.

Clean, Surprisingly roomy and layout.

Maybe shower should have had a curtain and the sky light let a lot of lightning. Maybe a blind? Or tint sticker.
