Excellent location with safe on site parking. The staff we met were friendly and helpful when approached.
£15 per night extra payment for our dog. On the morning when we checked out I asked why there was a £15 per night charge for the dog? The reply from the receptionist was: "Company policy and for cleaning." I had asked this question because during our three night stay the carpet had never been hoovered. I would not have minded a one off payment of £15 but £45 was far in excess for the service we received and certainly was not good value for money! 😔

The hotel is exceptionally clean! This is the 2nd time we have chosen to stay at the Ibis. We had a sea view room. The room was very spacious and the beds are huge! Me and me 2 daughters slept together in a bed and still had plenty of room! The air con was to die for, especially if you have got flushes like me 😂 we had our bed made every day and fresh clean towels. The shower is like a walk in rain shower and was amazing! The breakfast included consists of hot and cold buffet. The staff were so friendly and kind. Over all I cannot fault the hotel. We will definitely be staying again and I would definitely recommend to anyone single, couple of family 🥰 the beach is literally over the road as well as the play area, rides and the festival 🥰
The ONLY thing I can say is they didn't have a therapist on site this year when I wanted to book an appointment to have a treatment at the hotel but that is nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The room was clean and comfortable.
4th May 25, Sunday morning breakfast. The receptionist was rude to my husband regarding my Assistance Dog (Nuggget). He had just come back inside and brought my Assistance Dog to me. I was near the buffet getting a drink when she snapped at my husband. I was not happy with her lack of respect. Nugget has identification that let's people know he is a medical Assistance Dog. The only time he is not with me is when he gets taken outside to do his necessaries. My Anxiety was set off as a result. Also I requested a poached egg at breakfast only to find out that the Ibis doesn't do them. They need to have a choice of eggs as the scrambled egg was like eating grit it was Disgusting.

Breakfast was excellent and most of staff very obliging. Would be nice if the facility offered a comfortable lounge/bar where you could sit with a drink and enjoy the view. Also the menu provided from midday to 9pm was not very varied and seemed to be mainly fast food not for older guests.
What I definitely didn't like was, having paid a large amount of money for a two week stay that even though I have a blue badge it was an extra £15 per 24hours extra!! On top of this it cost us more money on Taxi's to take us to railway or bus stations, as couldn't move car incase we were unable to get back in parking garage and the alternative was a multi storey approximately quarter mile away NOT for the disabled.

Lovely and clean, friendly staff. Brilliant location. All equipment in room. i.e. iron/board Good breakfast choices.
Not really didn't like but... Wouldn't let me book 'one' breakfast for a double room. No fried eggs. Need signage in the breakfast room, i.e. Nice lettering on the walls above... Hot drinks above the coffee machine Warm plates Juice Cereal Need a water glass in bathroom. A biscuit would be nice with the tea facilities.😊 Probably needs a bit more parking, no where else to park if can't get on hotel car park, also £15 per night way too expensive and not sure that's clear on the website. Should be no more than a fiver or included in the price. Cheers!

The bed was lovely and big and comfortable. The was an issue with checking in and manager had to b called but staff were apologetic and after a 40 minute wait we were able to get in our room. Nice and clean and tidy. Did kind if give a abroad feelin reception which was nice.
At 3pm check in there was only 1 staff member on and there were appt of people waiting to check in. Needs another member of staff at check in time to ease this. Didn't like hiw u need tonuse card to work lift amd this wasn't told to us neither, another resident had to explaine after finding us annoyed as to why we weren't moving. Very very over priced food n snacks. We paid 4 sea view and although we coupdnsee the see, just, I feel top floor should b sea view rooks and middle floor little view of sea or something.

Easy check-in, car park close to reception. Spacious, modern, airy room. Large comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making facilities in room. Choice of cerials/toast/pastries/full english for breakfast, eat/drink as much as you want. Good location right on seafront, near pubs/restaurants, finished off Saturday evening in the spinning wheel pub, just a min walk back to hotel.
Have to pay £15, to park, not really a big deal, but wasn't aware of this beforehand. Only a small glass screen between shower and rest of bathroom, so all bathroom gets wet. Wasn't really a problem as only stayed 1 night, but if staying longer would have to put up with bath mat and floor being wet.

It’s central for the airshow at the weekend and it was lovely to see the staff who are always polite and helpful
Ok at the weekend the hotel couldn’t cope with the busy times due to staff sickness and shortages my room was ready until 17.20 and we was told we could check in at 12 but it didn’t help as they had late checkout .so we waited but all good in the end. Plus at breakfast we should have the opportunity to order fried eggs as well not just scrambled please . It’s a shame that they don’t do food as you used to but we got to go next door for food which is a real shame sometimes .

I was really pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and very helpful; literally every single one of them; from reception to the chap in the hallway to the nice guy at breakfast. The room was high above my expectations for the price. Sure it's not luxury but it's all I needed I only slept and breakfasted there. I may stay at one of these more often if this is the standard.
The croissant was clearly out of a packet and the breakfast was a bit cheap, but I guess that's kind of the point; there was a good selection and it's wasn't too bad; I've had a lot worse. Honestly it was really smart and I'd go back.

Clean, comfortable, great location
Bit of confusion about the breakfast and whether kids under 16 ate for free - one member of staff said they did, another said they didn’t. Also no allowance was made for people wanting an early breakfast. There were two group breakfast bookings which made it hard for the rest of us to have breakfast when we wanted to. We were told to come at either 6.45 (too early) or 8.30 (too late - we had to be at a dance comp at 8am). When we chose to come at 6.45, they told us the restaurant wasn’t open until 7 and wouldn’t let us through, even though all the tables were laid and the food was waiting. It was very annoying
