The apartment is beautiful and the location cannot be beat

We arrived by door code - no oe was present at the location. I was sent a link to "chat with us" if we needed anything during our stay. We arrived between 5-6pm, and at 8pm, I used the chat to ask if it would be possible to have a late check out by 1 or maybe 2 hours. Our check out was 10 am, but I had been told that I could keep our car parked there until 1:30pm. No one responded all night - I even sent another text at 8 am. Someone finally responded at 9:35 am, 25 minutes before 10 am check out. We had already packed the car and left the apartment assuming no response was coming. So, communication could have been better. I'm just glad that we didn't have any questions or real problems during the night needing their assistance.

Really stylish, well furnished and comfortable apartment, with two bedrooms, each with an en-suite, and a spacious living area. The beds were huge and everything was modern and spotlessly clean, yet also characterful. This is a lovely old building right in the centre of St Andrews. Entry was via a key code. The building felt very secure and private. Communication for gaining access and departing was perfectly clear. We couldn’t fault this apartment in any way. It was excellent value, considering the location and the quality of the experience. Highly recommended!

There was nothing at all we didn’t like. Parking on site would have been nice, but there was plenty of street parking nearby, free after 5pm

Excellent property - this place is amazing, with the location bang in the center of St Andrews, and with parking (booked in addition). Easy to walk the town and get to the golf courses and beach, which were fantastic, although the sea was a wee bit cold (we always have to paddle anyway....). Apartment incredibly well furnished with every facility you could want - very spacious. Close to restaurants and bars (great fish and chips at Cromars, excellent Indian restaurant almost next door, Jahangir). Highly recommended!

Clean & comfortable & great location

Hadn’t appreciated we would be on the top floor & up winding staircase not ideal for elderly grandparents plus apartment being in the eaves resulted in several bumped heads - it was also unfortunate that there were road works happening in the car park both days of our stay which we hadn’t been warned about - a wee extra might be nice to supply salt & pepper

Cleanliness, central location, warmth of apartment, we'll equipped.

Nearest parking was 8 min walk away as advised by host. We noted parking bays at the side of building. Annoyed if these were for use by apartments and we were twice advised to use public parking some distance away. The ensuite shower for apartment 3 floods the bathroom floor. Hand held shower head should be fixed to side wall and not directed to shower door.

Our apartment was amazing! Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, sitting area, clean, modern, it was everything you would want for a home away from home. The location is incredible, steps away great shops, cafes' and restaurants. St. Andrews golf course is just a 5 - 10 minute walk. It really is the perfect location.

I didn't like that we only stayed a few nights, if we could have we would have stayed much longer :).

The apartment was incredible. Very central, very stylish and so relaxing and comfortable.and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I think to charge £10 for overnight parking was a bit excessive given the price of a 1 night stay, especially as parking on the street is free overnight from 5pm..that was the only disappointment

No Breafast that's OK as it was self-catering, only one point, you had to vacate the property by 10AM. Everyone in our company said 11AM would have been better, especially as the cost for 1 night £460 less my Genius Discount of 10%.Thank you Booking.com.

The location was excellent!

No reception staff were around, and since we hadn’t been given a code when we booked, if we hadn’t met the very helpful cleaners (especially Carolina), we wouldn’t have got in to our apartment! No one had answered the phone number on the booking information, which wasn’t helpful either!

We enjoyed a comfortable one-night stay in a convenient location. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The extra bathroom was great for us. Our apartment was on the top floor so be mindful that you need to carry luggage up the stairs. Communication was excellent when I mistakenly ended up at the wrong No1 Apartment block and had to call for directions.
