The apartment was breathtakingly beautiful cannot fault! Even though the pictures are beautiful the apartment is even more stunning in real life! You could ask for a better location absolutely perfect

Only problem was I didn’t want to come home! Is was beautiful. Cleaners come in every day around 10am so be aware as they nearly got an eyeful of my other half I’m sure this is communicated somewhere that we missed but just so you know haha and if booking late check out would just double check that it’s been logged as you do this separately but 0 faults amazing accommodation xx

These apartments are 5 star in every way. They are located in the heart of the town close to all the shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach and golf course. They have a secure key code entry system which allows you entry through the gate and into the building. From the minute you enter the building everything is immaculate. The staircases are carpeted and walls decorated with art. Lovely smelling throughout. We hired The Retreat which is a one bedroomed luxury loft apartment located at the top of the building. It is amazing. Very unique in design. Extremely spacious with every home comfort and utility you need. At one end of the apartment there is a lovely comfy large bed with beautiful fresh cotton linen and a choice of pillows. There is a walk in cupboard which doubles as a wardrobe and utility space. In the middle of the apartment is the kitchen with a table and chairs. Well equipped with every utensil you need. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The other end of the apartment is the lounge with settees and TV. The apartment is long so each area although open plan feels like a separate room. There is a shower room and toilet with complimentary Arran toiletries which smell lush. A real treat. I highly recommend these apartments. Nothing to fault about them. They are excellent and the location is so good as you are the heart of everything. We will return.

Not a criticism but just to note that the staircase up to the apartment is quite steep at the top level. Something to consider if you have mobility /health issues

The location was great. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was very good.

There was an odor in my place at the entry. I did not like that. The main entrance to the building needs to have a slow close mechanism so the door doesn't slam every time someone leaves. I know seagulls are dirty and gross so you should have maintenance cleaning the sidewalks and glass door to the property daily. It is not very attractive.

The apartment is beautiful - modern with quality furnishings, large and spacious, and has everything you need to be very comfortable for an extended stay. Location is great - within easy walk to restaurants and attractions. It is right across the St. Andrew's University Shop and Cafe. There is no parking on site (although there are street parking right in front for a limited time, but the town has several free parking lots to leave your car overnight.

That we only stayed 1 night.

We have been to this property before and it’s absolutely picture perfect if you want to visit somebody at the university which we do, our son lives five minutes away, it doesn’t get any better.

I like everything about this property, it’s safe, it’s clean and it’s luxurious in a way that rented apartments really are. It’s also got really good advice for those who travel and visit plus it’s easy access once you know their system. It’s not cheap but nothing in the centre of St Andrews is.

I called a number displayed at the entrance and got a human being (!) straight away. He was very helpful, gave me the code I needed to enter and that was that. SO easy. Wish all places to stay were like that.

I liked everything about this place. I have nothing to add (it would of course be great if somebody served you breakfast - that you could pay for that, but then again, it was very clear that this was a flat, and not a full service hotel.

Location is great and the property is modern and clean, with a nice selection of teas and coffee.

The property has a bit of a security issue as the entrance and all the apartments have the same entry code, so you could enter any of the other apartments if you so desired! Nearby parking is all fairly time limited to 2-3 hours max. No problem for evening and overnight parking but would be more of a problem if you wanted to park nearby during the day.

Once we found the accommodation and navigated our way through the security coded gate/door we we delighted with our exceptional room. Extremely clean and spacious with traditional features. A fantastic shower and coffee machine was a bonus. The heating was most welcome and we had to turn down both radiators as it was too warm for us ultimately.

Being opposite the student union building it was a little noisy late into the evening/early hours but I'm a light sleeper and I would still stay again at the rate we paid.

This property is amazing. Seriously amazing. Quiet, very clean, and has literally everything you need (bathrobe, slippers, ironing board, golf club storage, kitchen, washing machine, even a little outdoor sitting/picnic area). It is stunning. We had a small problem with the outlets and David (Property Manager) contacted us within minutes and resolved it. If you need a place to stay…book this place.

Super clean and loved the keyless entry and super cute.

No parking, no instructions for washing machine/dryer, no wash cloths, difficult to get your makeup off. My husband hates the bathroom because there was no where for him to bout his bag with toiletries, he also hated that we had to prop the bedroom door open with a table because the door automatically shuts. Parking was the worst because we kept having to go out in the rain to add to the meters.
