Its a beautiful house, with a great location. Breakfast was good, the rooms and views lovely.Staff helpful.

Its overpriced. Its a lovely location and room, and has a monopoly.. but there is no dinner service, the honesty bar, with prices of around £10.00 a drink is too much,..and coming in after dinner from the( distinctly average) restaurant that they recommend to us found the only place we could sit, with our overpirced drinks, was the lounge, which is so small we were all part of each others conversations.

Our stay at the Sissinghurst Castle farmhouse was wonderful. Our room, with a view of the castle, and our bed, were very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with the best sausages, eggs and sourdough toast we've had in our years of UK travel. Our meal, freshly prepared, began with a pot of freshly brewed coffee. Tea and homemade scones and cake were available in the afternoon and could be enjoyed in the sitting room, on the terrace or in the shade on the sprawling lawn. All around a very delightful stay.

Sissinghurst is lovely, Sissinghurst farmhouse is a beautiful listed farmhouse. The owners are very friendly. On our visit we were welcomed with a lovely room , with tea, & coffee in our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was beautiful with great views, a lovely classic room. Only downside for us , the pillows were too soft so maybe if you prefer a harder pillow bring your own or maybe ask the owner before you arrive. In our room we had sash windows which are beautiful but we were unable to open and we were quite hot at night. We had tea & a selection of cakes when we arrived which was fantastic and the breakfast was very tasty & a good selection to choose from. We will definitely be back in the spring/summer. The hosts are lovely. We went for dinner in The Malthouse which is in Sissinghurst high Street. Great food. Lovely friendly staff. All in all a beautiful area to visit , well worth a visit or two .

Pillows for us were too soft Even though it was December , we would have liked to open our window/s as we were hot sleeping & there was not a fan. No shower gel , only shampoo & conditioner.

The farmhouse is a stunning house with beautiful views of the castle and gardens. It could not be more conveniently located if you have come to see the castle and gardens and go hiking through the beautiful countryside. The hosts were very kind and friendly and the breakfast was also nice with a wide selection (although we were surprised that our neighbouring table was offered alternative milk options and sour dough bread) which we did not know were available to my lactose intolerant son. I suppose we were supposed to ask for it? Nevertheless, that aside, the complimentary afternoon cream tea with cake accompaniment was also delightful and very delish! The rooms were very pleasant although as we were on the very top floor, just as something to note, we did not have the pleasure of the high ceilings as in the rest of the house and you do have to go up a flight of stairs if you are disabled. However we did have lovely views and bright rooms. Also the bathroom sink is a bit tiny so you need to throw down the bath mat if you don't want to get the whole floor wet. All in all it was a very nice stay . The best part is the beautiful building and location.

There could have been a proper dressing table with a mirror in the rooms and as mentioned, if the sink was larger, we would have managed to wash up without getting the entire floor wet!

The farmhouse has been modernised and skilfully converted. The rooms were spotlessly clean and practically furnished. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was all made with fresh or homemade products (granola, fruit salad, jam). Anna welcomed us in a very friendly and courteous manner. She puts her heart and soul into the business and is fully invested. We would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back. The location itself is beautiful. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean! Breakfast choice was excellent as was the quality of the produce. The honesty bar was a lovely touch too. The grounds are spectacular.

The only thing I would have liked is a fridge in the room but this is a very minor personal preference and in no way hindered my stay.

Terrific breakfast. One of the couple who operates the place is a professional chef. There was an elevator for my mobility-impaired husband, even though this was an historic old house, which usually doesn't have such a thing.

I didn't realize when booking how difficult it would be to get to town and to other places, always needing a taxi ride. But the hostess prepared excellent dinners for us so that we didn't have to go off the property for those.

The location is amazing! The views are incredible. The dining room staff were so friendly and efficient. Just loved talking to them.

Rooms were warm but it was unusually hot. Hosts could be a little friendlier. And we weren’t clear on the checking out process. But I am assuming that they were busy with breakfast. No one told us that we needed a code to get out!

Lovely, welcoming staff and an absolutely flawless location in the Kent countryside. Staying at the Farmhouse is a delight and made for my special birthday weekend. We enjoyed relaxing in the lounge with a good choice of beverages and room was comfy and clean. Breakfast is superb and the service was quick and friendly. Would recommend the Farmhouse anytime!

Very charming. Good breakfast, friendly staff and very - very - lovely grounds. Had such good walks there. Lovely afternoon tea as well. We really loved our stay.

We didn’t have any but I think dinners are rather simple and must be booked in advance. Didn’t bother us though.
