The location is very good. The house was clean, the kids enjoyed the TV with all the channels that they like. I liked that the kitchen was well kitted and there were single beds for the kids. The bathroom is a good size.The house is warm and parking on site is great. The blinds worked really well for providing light during the day and keeping the place dark at night.

The upstairs is just a little bit cooler than downstairs but not bad. There are a few areas that could do with more attention to detail and some fixtures that need attention. We received no welcome pack even though we were told that one was there for us.

Overall the apartment was very clean and well presented. The apartment feels very safe, both in terms of the area and window/door security. Wifi was excellent in terms of speed but also ease of access (via a very convenient QR code). Blinds on windows all worked well so the place could be made dark effectively. Bedlinens and towels of very good quality. Soap provided. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and appliances that I used were easy to use. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, plus a range of other condiments. Lighting options good.

Getting access to the lock box for the key was awkward. I worked it out by trial and error. So OK but not ideal. Main issue was noise from upstairs. The people staying there were I am sure just doing normal activities, but there is a quite a lot of loud creaking and some voices you hear in the downstairs apartment. Probably not much can be done about it but I suspect the upstairs apartment is quieter. Other than that nothing much to report. In summary things I liked easily outweighed those I didn't!

The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood area. It was easily accessible and within walking distance to a small shopping area. There is a bus stop close by that takes you straight into Southhampton city. The apartment was clean, warm and homely. The internet was a bonus as well. Good communication via emails and the information was clear and easy to navigate.

The stairs were a bit tricky with a toddler.

Communication was very good and easy to organise earlier check in. Kitchen had everything we needed. The netflix and WiFi were spot on.

Property was clean but a little tired. No shaver plug in bathroom and could do with hooks for towels in bathroom also.

Family with grown up children attending a wedding in the area it was perfect for our needs. Good space and facilities. Nice to have a table for meals. Generally clean and airy. We had a little hiccup with collecting the key but were able to get hold of Kirsty and the issue was quickly resolved.

Although it was clean there were a few areas where a little more attention to detail could have been given.

The neighbourhood was quiet, very residential and the property had driveway parking. A bit far from the university accommodation that we moved our daughter into but at the time of booking, we had no idea where exactly she'd be at and it certainly wasn't a fault with the property. Excellent communication with the host, who solved an issue with the heating really quickly. All in all, an excellent stay.

clean , up to date, kitchen is amazing , warm , some what quiet . people I spoke to on the phone were really nice and friendly .

creaking floors , we had downstairs people saying that the ceiling is shaking can you please keep it quiet and that’s when we were only the 3 of us can you imagine if it was 6 people staying there . the coat hanger fell off the wall when I only put my light hoodie on it ( the bang scared me !) that needs sorting out ASAP . the view :well the garden needs sorting too it was dead . the carpet needs a good clean or changing but it’s the creaking of the floor that was non avoidable you need to make the

Parking included, quiet neighborhood, good kitchen. Couch bed was pretty comfy.

Upstairs bedrooms were quite a bit colder than the rest of the place.

Very spacious,clean apartment with all the amenities you would need. Beds were comfortable,nice sized kitchen,and living room had a good sized table for eating at. Had a driveway for off street parking
